We stayed at a monthly vacation rental in Indian Palms country club with Anneta Group in Feb 2024. We were impressed by the thoughtful touches throughout the property. The space was nicely decorated, clean, and equipped with everything my family needed for a comfortable stay.

One of the highlights was the location! The house was close to the polo club and town but still in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxation. I loved enjoying my morning coffee on the lovely shaded patio. The community pool and fitness center was well maintained and super convenient.

The hosts were super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience, even providing local tips and recommendations.

Overall, our stay was fantastic and I'd highly recommend anyone to choose Anetta Group for their next vacation. It was the perfect home away from home, and I can’t wait to return in 2025!

Anneta Group provided the most accommodating stay I've experienced in California! Having stayed at numerous Airbnb locations across the country, I found their management service exceptionally welcoming. They offer friendly customer service, are easy to communicate with, and respond promptly. Although the property I originally booked was double-booked — understandable given the busy festival month — they swiftly arranged an alternative accommodation that was just as nice, if not nicer. This incident revealed that Anneta Group manages multiple impressive properties, all with great views. Despite the initial hiccup, they ensured a relaxing and enjoyable stay for me, my family and friends. I will definitely rebook with Anneta Group for my next visit! My favourite part of the property I have to say was the pool!

We booked our reservation 10 months in advance and one week before the day they canceled claiming they sold the property, despite having assured us that our reservation was confirmed and wouldn’t be impacted by the property being listed. They offered alternatives that didn’t have the same number of rooms and amenities. We found an alternative that had similar amenities but they wanted an additional $2500 for it. Finally, when we agreed on a location, they didn’t send the invoice that they told us they would and 3 days before the trip they finally told us they had rented the unit to someone else and could no longer provide it to us as promised. Terrible company that doesn’t keep their word and can’t be trusted.

We had our women’s retreat here and were delighted and inspired by this property. Every single thing was above expectations and we all had a wonderful time. Seriously I won the MVP award for finding this place, every woman was over the moon and not a single complaint was heard. It was perfect. We would love to book again for our winter retreat. I’ve recently stayed at one of their homes and it was more than what the pictures had to offer and also it was a last minute trip to California but the group was more than accommodating and steadily helping me stay within budget especially since it was a last minute trip but I was able to stay within budget and continue to have so much different needs accommodated by the whole staff. Me and my family will definitely be staying with them again on our next vacations! I rented out the Cannot Way home in Indio and it was as nice as in the pictures. The presentation walking into the house was amazing and cleaned all around the house. Response time was close to instant. Towels and everything needed for the pool were provided which was nice. Will definitely check them out again.
