Incredibly dreamy property - as luxurious as a 5 star hotel, but with room for our entire group to stay. Loved having a private pickleball court in our backyard. They had lounge chairs in the pool which were great for the hot weather. We grilled by the pool one night. The outdoor living area is awesome - big dining table + a sofa and chairs and outdoor TV under a shaded area. The kitchen had everything you needed for a big group, even cute outdoor plates and glasses. Beds were very comfortable too. Highly recommend staying here - it was cheaper than getting separate hotel rooms and we got a better visit with our friends this way. Can't wait to come back !

Incredible luxury villa with top amenities like bocce, putting green, pickleball court, and luxury pools. We rented two side-by-side villas to comfortably fit 30+ people, perfect for our family reunion! Incredible location next to Empire Polo Club and PGA West. AvantStay staff provided exceptional service and communication. We can't wait to return for Coachella and Stagecoach!

We had an amazing business retreat using 5 of the polo villa homes. The houses were gorgeous and had everything we needed to spend 4 days connecting, doing professional development, and having a blast. One of the biggest pieces of feedback we got from our team afterwards was that next time we need to enjoy the houses more with all the activities that were there. We utilized the concierge recommendations for yoga and casino night--both were amazing. We were within 5-10 min driving distance of some amazing restaurants, grocery shopping, and outstanding golf courses. It was also super convenient to Joshua Tree National Park, and our team had an amazing time there as well. The support team (Gina, Colby, and especially Kristen) went above and beyond in helping with all the planning and even helped with any on-site details. We will definitely be using AvantStay, and hopefully specifically the Polo Villas location, again.
