Third year we have used Royale Vacations for our girlfriends tennis getaway . Stayed at Legacy Villas and they are fantastic. Spacious, beautifully maintained inside and out. Condos have all the amenities we needed. Many pools throughout the property. Royal Vacations made the booking very easy and communicated well before and during our trip. Will use them again in the future.

I was on vacation over the Memorial day and needed a place to stay in the desert. I contacted Royale Vacation Rentals and they took care of the rest. They accommodated me in a beautiful 3bedroom, 3 bath villa with an amazing view. The whole experience was amazing. They were professional and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend you using them on your next vacation get away. I will definitely use them again.

We rented LQ 125 at Legacy Villas. The property was outstanding. Spacious rooms, Great kitchen and views. Quiet and clean. Overlooked the pool. Royale arranged everything. Professional and organized. We will book this trip again.

The office staff (Katie, Wendy & Steve) and maintenance person (Alvaro) were always very professional, friendly and promptly responsive.
Don't believe any negative reviews as they were likely attempting "tripadvisor extortion".

I LOVE Royale Vacation Rentals. I've used them now for about 4 years, and every year they are amazing to work with. Their small but mighty team is always available, super thorough and solution oriented. Their supply of houses is my favorite in the area for Coachella.

It's worth noting that since these are luxury houses owned by individuals and it's over a festival weekend, the community organizations these houses are in can be very strict about guests coming into the neighborhood and home. This is totally outside the control of Royale, though I've found they always do their best to educate me on the particular rules and try to help wherever they can.

They also came in clutch last year when the house I booked had a flood and was unrentable. They were able to find an amazing place (from someone who I believe actively didn't rent over Coachella weekends) and saved the day.

As long as I'm going to Coachella I'll be working with their team!

Used RVR for a weekend getaway...and they were friendly, reliable, and flexible to our needs. We stayed at the Legacy Villas and had the most amazing time! Check in and check out was very easy! The sheets they used were sooo comfortable, and when your on vacation..that's a plus!!! Highly recommend them...you won't be disappointed👍

I worked with Royale Vacation Rentals for a corporate event hosting Clients and unfortunately was extremely disappointed in the terrible service they provided. The house was dirty with broken curtains. The company was slow to respond, while being rude at the same time. They were extremely rude about day guests coming to the property, while we rented a house in the same neighborhood from someone else and had a much more positive experience. Additionally, it's been over a month and they have yet to send any note back on a $3,000 refundable damage deposit. Do yourself a favor and rent directly from owners vs. going through this company.
