I highly recommend VARE. They are as professional as it gets. I continue to be impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness. They handle every aspect of my property rental with the utmost care, from finding reliable tenants to promptly addressing any maintenance issues.

Working with Mike and the entire team feels more like a partnership than a typical client-vendor relationship. This is far from the transactional nature of services offered by companies like Vacasa, AvantStay, and Pacaso.

This was our second time staying at a Vare managed property and each time the check in process was easy, the house was immaculately clean and customer service was great. We also appreciated having direct contact with a host via text or call if we had any questions. We are already planning our next visit. :).

I booked with VARE in the Signature PGA Neighborhood. The customer service was top notch and so were the accommodations. The house was simply lovely. The rooms were spacious and the bed, linens and pillows were so comfy. I really hated to leave. To top it off I was greeted by light music and warm lighting. The place was immaculate! If you are looking for a spot to chill and relax this is it! The pool was right across from the house making it super convenient. Loved it! I will be back! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We spent a long weekend to celebrate a birthday and golfing at the Desert Oasis Retreat with VARE Properties. This was our second time using VARE and both times the staff was wonderful and very responsive.
The house we rented was a beautiful two story home overlooking the 18th hole of the PGA West Stadium course. Beautiful unobstructed view from the backyard that offered a heated pool and jacuzzi, barbecue, ping pong table and small putting green along with outdoor seating. The beds were very comfortable and the extra amenities inside like the fireplace, washer and dryers and plentiful seating were very nice. The visit was relaxing and enjoyed by all.

I rented Sunset Dreams for a long vacation, it was even more elegant in person! This property had everything anyone could want! I ended up extending my stay just to enjoy this great neighborhood for longer. The clubhouse and pool were so nice! I felt like I was at a 5 star resort. The entire team at VARE Properties made sure I had everything I needed and more. They were so easy to work with and made my extended stay even better!
