DON'T GO HERE !!!!!!!I went with Blanca the travel agent. I hate this lady she has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. She is so rude if you ask her a question she gets upset about everything you ask her about. She try's to make you feel worse and blame you about everything. I asked her one time if I can use her restroom and she right away said," can't you go to the 99 store instead" . I saw one time when I was about to leave she let another customer go but not me it made me feel bad. I would strongly agree never to go inside this place not even to visit her or walk by. Go to Costco instead .She is the worse travel agent and worse person I've ever experienced.😤😡👹👿

yes shouldn't go there... bad experience..like I said should not but if u want,, go ahead...the only thing I can say you shouldn't feel obligated to buy tickets if u ask for them.. now just want my family arrived safely
