Tables were dirty.
There was a dirty pair of disposable gloves on the counter by the drink machine, as well as a pair on the ground next to the cash register. What is that about?
I like to take a picture of my food and compare it to the ad for the same food. There sure wasn't a lot of turkey in the sandwich. I would not get it again. But this is the Thanksgiving turkey sub...

This is my first time trying firehouse subs and the food was decent. It’s much different than your normal cold subs but has a unique taste. I got the classic hook and ladder sun with some chips. -1 star because they wouldn’t let me sun the cheese so mine came with no cheese.
Decent subs 👍

First time at a firehouse subs for me. The place was clean with cool firefighter stuff on the walls. Staff was friendly and working hard. A large group rolled in right before me. I ordered 2 subs and some soup to go. In no time, I was on my way. To be honest, the soup was pretty bad. The subs were just a notch above subway. If given a choice, I would probably go somewhere else.

It was easy to see the allergens for items on the website, and to customize my order. A couple changes I asked for were missed, but my allergens were handled perfectly, so it’s not the end of the world. The sandwiches were delicious!

I highly recommend this local sandwich shop in Anaheim. The pizza meatball sub on garlic bread and the club on a sub were both delicious. Great atmosphere, clean restaurant and great service.

The sandwiches are photogenic, and the customer facing staff are decent - but it takes over twenty minutes to make two sandwiches during off hours, neither of which could by any stretch of some fever induced delirium imagination be considered anything even remotely resemble a 'sub.' When eaten immediately after set on the counter, the Italian sandwich here is a soggy and bland mess of waxy cheese and an amorphous blob of nondescript but overly sweet cold cuts served in some manner of bastardized roll cut cleanly (but not evenly) in half lengthwise, and equally unevenly widthwise.

The Mac and cheese is a half empty cup of lightly cheese flavored water with disintegrating macaroni noodles half floating around. Best eaten with the provided fork so as to fish the subtle cheese water soaked noodles without drinking the soup.

The pickles provided were excellent.

Overall it was a great experience. The subs were better than Subway's for just a little more money. The online ordering worked flawlessly and the contactless pick up was very easy. The Hero sub was very good it had a good amount of meet and the flavors all come together good. The Club on a Sub was good but it was off little but that may have been my fault because I added oil and vinegar and that made the sub a bit too wet. I'm use to subway but these sub had more meet and less bread so they are not as dry and don't need the extra oil & vinager.

An outstanding sandwich place for when you're tired of Subway.
We got the Italian on white and The smokehouse brisket, also on white bread. Both were fantastic! From the meat to the cheese to the sauce, all wrapped up in fresh bread. This is definitely not an everyday spot, but it is perfect for those "I need something to pick me up" kind of days.
It is a little bit pricey for a sandwich place, but you are paying for quality.
Also if you're dining in or on the patio they have one of those touch screen drink fountains that have some 130 different flavors and flavor combinations. So have fun with that.
Overall pretty good service. They did let us know there would be a wait since they had to actually cook the food, But it was done sooner than what they quoted.
My advice get the large sandwich no chips no drink. Because that sandwich is going to be all you need.
