It's an old fashioned, take-out place. This was the 1st and only visit for me. I found it in Google Maps and phoned in an order to pickup. REALLY glad I did. If there was a weakness it was that I found the sauce was a bit plain for me, but others may find it a strength - a matter of taste. Keep in mind I'm accustomed to homemade pizza topped with slices of fresh, homegrown sauce-type tomatoes, so I'm spoiled!

Had not ordered from here for a long time and I was out shopping and decided to grab some food and take it home.. WOW. One bite of the pizza made my taste buds light up and I actually wondered how I could ever have bought pizza from somewhere else.
Love the small efficient process and friendly service (including other customers).

I have been here often as a teenager back in late 1980s. I even introduced both my sons here when they were kids.. my older son now has gotten his little family into loving this place 💙. Food has always been delicious ever since.. Lately I noticed that we have to wait an hour for our food.. even those who ordered over the phone or online had to wait .. I love sardino's n will continue coming , but they need to change this waiting issue..

Having lived here for over 20 years this place is such a gem! The pizza is an absolute hit and the meatball sandwich is one of my favorites. Even during lunch hour there is hardly a wait.

I have been come to Scardino's Pizza more 20 years plus enjoy their pizza,pasta and especially their sandwiches. One of my favorite is the Super Torpedo one best sandwich they ever have it have so much flavors it's are to describe the lair of flavor in the sandwich. I really enjoy their slice pizza especially the cheese pizza another favorite item at Scardino's since I first try it.

I ordered taken out. The ordered taker was so nice and repeated everything I wanted. I had asked for chicken Alfredo, but didn't want spaghetti noodles. The he said that I could order Penne noodle instead. I was so happy and said yes, yes! enthusiastically. However, when brought home and ready to serve, the order slip specifically said PENNE noodles but I guess the cooks can't read!..very discouraged.

I am from Brooklyn New York, is hard to find good pizza or a good Italian restaurant around La Puente but this Pizza restaurant taste wonderful it takes me back to NYC.

Pep with cheese great price. Taste actually like homemade. No fancy no made up names just pizza. So just eat... Loved it sandwiches look great. First photo was thin crust. The second one was thick crust also manicotti is really good. Prefer the thick crust with a side of ranch dressing for dipping 👍
