Our friends, customers of Crescenta Valley Florist, ordered a floral funeral arrangement for a beloved friend. The arrangement was beautiful and impressive. Assuming CVF was consistent in making impressive arrangements (my bad), I recently ordered a floral funeral arrangement via the telephone. I shared my budget, what I was looking for, the representative suggested something with a “presence.” Exactly what I was looking for. Total disappointment. At the gravesite, the $200 arrangement sat sadly on the grass in a small wood box lost below the other beautiful arrangements. I was mortified when our grieving friend, holding the sparse and haphazard arrangement in his hands, graciously thanked me.

Never again!

I bought a premium level bouquet from them. Drove it home myself. Kept the flowers in optimum condition the whole time. The drive was 4 minutes. At home, the temperature is cool and comfortable. Nothing bad was done to the flowers.

The very next day, we found many that were already wilted! Worse than that? They have an email address on their website as a way to contact them. I sent an email. They didn't even acknowledge receipt. Who knows if they even monitor their own email.

Thank you, Crescenta Valley Flowers, but no thank you! Next time I'll go elsewhere.

This was a first time purchase so I waited to see if the flowers were going to last before reviewing. Prices and delivery fee are fair. Easy online navigation with all as pictured and as ordered and delivered. Beautiful deep red blooms of roses. I originally thought the flowers were opened more than they should be. As it turned out they continued opening and became huge even 9 days later. The roses have completely opened and still look beautiful. I will order again from and highly recommend Crescenta Valley Flowers. Thank you for not disappointing

Delivered same day as promised, looking even more beautiful than the "Make Plans Deluxe" photo showed on the website! Flowers expertly prepared per the specs in my order placed on their website, including a nicely done, custom-printed card with my sentiments. Delivered in LaCrescenta, but sent as an out-of-state sender, using their easy website. I highly recommend Crescenta Valley Flowers & will use them again!
