I am absolutely blown away by Above All Catering! The team was so sweet, professional, and accommodating. I was looking for a catering company for my engagement party and came across Above All Catering on Instagram.

My fiancé and I had a tasting at their head quarters in Anaheim, CA with Danielle. We were greeted by her asking if we wanted anything to drink and was escorted to their tasting room (which had the most beautiful table setting). Their glassware, chargers, plates, and cutlery were top tier and from my understanding you can rent those out. So that is a bonus! They also had a menu customized to what we wanted to try for our tasting. We started off with appetizers, salads, main courses, and finishing it off with dessert. We then met our chef Marcos and were able to ask Danielle and Marcos any questions we had. We wanted the theme of our party to be "That's Amore" and appreciated that they were able to come up with a menu to match the theme and we also upgraded to adding in a bar service. The whole team was very attentive and keen on those details, so we were excited to have them on board for our party.

On the day of our event, they arrived early, greeted us, and served the food and drinks on time. The food and drinks were so delicious; my guests could not stop raving at how yummy it was! Not only did we love the food and drinks, but we also admired how well the team exceeded our expectations.

If you are looking for someone to cater your event, definitely consider them!

We booked AAC for our wedding on 11/11/23 as the exclusive caterer offered by Fete the Venue. We had our tasting with them and they gave us multiple choices to try from and they were full portions! We were so full after and everything was delicious.

We were VERY happy with ACC on our wedding day, the food was great and the presentation was beautiful. Even when they cut our cake for us it was so neatly placed. My husband and I did not have to get up at any point for food or beverages. A member of their team got us food right away and brought it to our table and would periodically come back to see if we needed seconds or anything to drink. We really appreciated her! We actually got to eat at our wedding! Haha! We did have peace of mind knowing they would accomplish our requests because they work so closely with the venue. So any special requests seemed to flow with ease. Also with booking with them through the venue, they did not charge a service fee. Side Note: We did ask if we would be able to take any leftovers home after the wedding but they said no for health safety reasons.

I took away a star because there were a few things we did not find easy when working with AAC. The cooks and waiters were superb but management was where they dropped a few balls. After we booked them I had a hard time getting a response back from them. I even had to have Sarah, the sales manager from Fete the Venue reach out to them to get us some type of response. Lastly we needed to switch our method of payment for one of our scheduled payments, and we provided them with the updated payment with plenty of time, and received a confirmation of the update. Yet on the day of the payment, the wrong form of payment was still processed. When I reached out to see what happened, I was again, left with no response.

When writing this review I had to decide the star rating. I did this based off outweighing 1 of 2 things:

#1 The long 2 years I had to deal with not being able to have good communication with this company, and #2 having exactly what we asked for on our wedding day.

With that being said, I gave them 4 stars because they were not the worst to work with and they did execute the day with flying colors, and our guests and us loved the food and service.

They catered a funeral reception at Forest Lawn Cypress. We showed up a bit early but they were ready for us. Very nice guys attending our every need. Buffet was nicely laid out. Nothing spicy but flavorful enough. Bluberry fruit dip was yogurt....nice.

We had the pleasure of hiring Above All Catering for our daughter's Quinceanera, and they truly exceeded our expectations! The food was absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how wonderful everything tasted.

The service was equally impressive. The servers were professional, attentive, and made sure that everyone was well taken care of throughout the event. Their friendly and efficient approach added a special touch to the evening.

And let’s talk about the desserts—wow! We had churros with nutella and caramel sauce, they were on point and the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. They also provide fresh fruit cups with Tajin that provided a bit a heat and were very refreshing on hot August day.

Overall, All Above Catering helped make our event truly memorable. If you’re looking for top-notch catering with great food, wonderful service, and desserts that will leave your guests talking, look no further. Highly recommended!

I was the coordinator for a wedding and reception last weekend in Laguna Beach. Fernando and his staff provided excellent, professional service. They were on time and the food was top notch. The pass tray appetizers kept flowing and the buffet table decor display was consistent with my bride's theme. Above All was ready to meet my every request. As an event coordinator, I look forward to working with them again.

I highly recommend working with Above All Catering. I recently hosted a brunch banquet and I can not say enough positive things about the food that I had catered. Not only was the food delicious, but the presentation was impeccable. I worked with Valerie S. and she was patient, courteous, and responsive to all of my emails and calls.

Considering they're preparing meals for FEMA and seniors they would want to stay safe and clean. Instead the staff wears mask only when they see fit. One employee coughs on a regular basis without a mask or covering his mouth. The ice machine has mold growing on the door. It's very scary in this time with Covid. I attempted on several occasions to discuss with my supervisor and the owner. My reply to the owner 1/21/21: None of my calls or emails were replied to. I refuse to but myself in danger because of their lack of concern.

I called to get information about catering and the woman I spoke with let me know she would email me all of the information I needed. It’s been over two weeks and I have still heard nothing back, but I have followed up. Still No information has been given.
