Decent spot for noodles in the foothill community. Only had their pho, so will need to come back to try other things next time. Saw many people coming by for to-go order pick up during my visit on a Sunday lunch time

I came in on a cold day when I was desperate to get some hot soup. The owners were extremely sweet and seated me right away. I ordered the rare steak pho and honestly the broth was so good it hit the spot perfectly.

I deliver for Amazon and was sick. I saw this place close by and stopped for some Pho Broth to help. So rich is flavor and nutritional. The family business shines love, care, great food and a super cozy home like environment. I’m going to be coming here a lot on lunch breaks! You should try it too! Thank you AJ NOODLES!

I have eaten the pho here twice and have been impressed both times. The food is fresh, delicious and the portion is good. This is one of my favorite pho places in this area. They are never too crowed when I visit for lunch and the atmosphere is wonderful. It is privately owned and the service is great! Definitely recommended!

Wow! We were just traveling through from Redding to Texas and I pulled off on Pennsylvania Ave to get gas and something to eat, and this was immediately off the highway! What a fantastic meal! I had #20, Cold spicy mixed noodles (Bibim-naengmyun) and my lovely bride had #19 Cold noodles in chilled broth (Mul-naengmun).
On a hot day and long drive, these were superb and so delightfully refreshing! What a find!

Reply to the Owner: I'm certain I have the right restaurant. You might recognize your table, dish and napkin in my picture. This was a dine in order. If I really had to guess, I would guess that someone handled the frozen meat with gloves that shed their fibers as the fibers froze to the meat. In any case, it was more than just a few fibers. That picture was just one clump out of the many I found.

Original Review: The service was good and the food came out quick. They were
REALLY friendly.
The reason I'm leaving a 1 star review was because I found MANY strands of hair or fiber in my food. I think it may have been stuck to the chicken? I don't know how many I might have eaten before I noticed them.
Also, the food quality seemed average.

I probably would have given this place 3 stars before I found all these things in my food.
