My friend and I have been to Luxury Cinemas twice. What an experience this was. Great easy parking lot. Priced the same as all current theater prices. But, this theater is superb. Large comfy lounge chairs. The chairs go all the way backwards and the legs come up. There are small tables with tiny lamp for lighting so you can see the menu. Oh yes, they deliver your choice of fabulous meals that are gourmet specials Hit and delicious plates, sandwiches and desserts right to your tables so you can eat while watching the film. Great place for singles, friends and daters. It’s a must see. Just say Lenore sent you and ENJOY!

My favorite movie theater, the seats are very comfortable recliners, less seats in the theater so not as crowded and they have menus at every seat, just press the button and they come take your order and deliver to your seat. The food is actually very good, they have great chicken wings and also have pasta dishes, salads, etc. good cocktails, beer and wine selection. Bottomless popcorn and soda are a great deal and they come in a reusable stainless bowl and acrylic glass. Wednesday’s are $5.00 throwback movies.

I bought a ticket to see Heart Eyes, but Cinepolis decided to change the movie to Love Hurts without any notice. When I went to the theater to speak with the manager, she was anything but helpful. She simply said, “Policies changed,” and refused to switch my movie or offer any compensation for the inconvenience because it was purchased on Atoms.

Rolls-Royce of Movie Theaters. I work in the Film Industry, so I am extremely picky about seeing Films. Stadium seating and exceptionally comfortable seats with well designed "swivel" tables and cup holders for dining while viewing Films. Full Bar and Gourmet food and snacks served by attentive Staff. I give them Five Stars+ !!!

Each theater at this location has been going downhill over the past few years. The chairs are making loud noises when reclining, projector bulbs or lens use are incorrect, resulting in darker image, audio low for some screenings, seats not cleaned well, selection of items on the menu are out of stock. Not sure what's up, but hope improvements are made - especially on audio and visual.
Still the best place to catch dinner and a movie in the area

This is an amazing luxury theater experience and we had a great time. The serving staff is fantastic and everything was great. The only downside is that the price is a little steep but you do get what you pay for and their food was great.

High End Luxury Cinematic Experience.

That's all you need to know.

You can have appetizers, entrees, beverages and More brought directly to your lap, undisturbed in pre-preview conversation, or midshow.

The kids/servers are all great. Young, eager, and excited to serve. They seem to be quite well trained, despite some of their youthfulness.

I've been now 3 times since moving to the neighborhood two weeks ago, and will be back pretty much every week, now that I've signed up for the REWARDS PROGRAM.

I guess when you pay around $24 for a movie ticket alone you expect higher standards. As soon as I sat down I saw some grease stains on my girlfriend’s seat, around the area where your hands are supposed to touch to make the seat go up and down, and my menu that was waiting for me at my seat was pretty disgusting (look at my photos to see).

This is my second time at any Cinepolis and first time at this location, when we walked in literally no staff looked us in the eyes and we kinda didn’t know what to do. We eventually moseyed over to the concession staff and bar but quickly saw some signs that said you can just head to your seat. Haha and yeah, luckily at our theater there were staff waiting when you walk in that said we can just sit down and call our server from there but yeah staff in lobby were super focused on their devices or working behind counter. I’m sure they would’ve helped if I approached but the no eye-contact thing was kinda funny to me, I mean staff were zooming by just super focused on their giant tablets they use.

About bathroom - my girlfriend said, “I’ve never seen a trash can overfilled THAT much.” And that was before the movie started. Apparently later on someone had stuffed the paper towels down into the trash can to be able to fit more (maybe they took the trash out in-between but they should change more often than cuz seems like they need to). Later also bathroom was out of toilet paper and paper towels in the actual dispenser to the point that the ladies in there were helping each other grab paper towels from a left-out new roll both for drying hands and bathroom wiping. There was also a stall being held up with duct tape but the functionality wasn’t 100%. On my end, for the males, I used both upstairs and downstairs bathroom and…yeah…pee stains could be visibly seen from pretty far on the floor all over where my feet are supposed to stand to urinate. Like, an excessive amount of pee drops were noticeable.

I absolutely loved the merchandise for our movie, Deadpool and Wolverine, but we only got the special drinks named The Fourth Wall and Whiskey Slash (I get the references); stirrers in strawberry to look like Deadpool’s swords and stirrers in lemon snikt out like Wolverine’s claws. Absolutely adorable. Our server was nice enough to inform us that the gin used in the Deadpool drink was from Ryan Reynolds’ company. He was nice but lol, a server up front during the movie was taking someone’s order and exclaimed “fuck” when he dropped a menu or some paper he was holding. I mean, I’m already there seeing hardcore rated-R Deadpool movie but still funny to hear staff curse.

Bottomless popcorn and bottomless icee is cool but we couldn’t fit enough to ask for a refill. Popcorn, an icee, and two mixed drinks were abut $67.

Again, overall it was a lot of money and seemed not worth it due to the subpar customer service and cleaning standards. Get rid of that duct tape, guys.
