Good donuts... glazed melt in your mouth and always a favorite. I love their bathrooms as well always clean, stocked and doesnt smell.

Got lemon filled instead of ice filled didn't notice till i got home. Good doughnuts. Love the chocolate, and the glazed, perfect!

I never had a bad experience at this Krispy Kreme! It’s always fresh donuts and coffee. Definitely a hot spot for people to stop at while enjoying the Circle City of Dothan.

The sign was on and lit up outside, but there were no donuts inside. However, there was a decent group of people gathered outside in the parking lot.... I just can't seem to get by there to see how the donuts are )-:

We had a rule growing up that, when on a road trip and you see the Krispy Kreme "hot now" sign on, you have to stop! So, we did! Lol. Same delicious doughnuts as always. They were definitely hot and practically melt in your mouth. This location was quick and looks great. I also love that they have a 3 pack option! Perfect size for 1-3 people!

It’s 10 minutes after eight on June 11. I just left Krispy Kreme and Dothan Alabama. The new store looks great inside donuts look delicious. There were no apple and cinnamon rolls. They were just down to the basics. Really the biggest reason I’m leaving a comment is, (I’m older) a little hard of hearing. The customer service was not welcoming, half warm/welcoming. Almost angry that I had the audacity to even enter the door.
I worked with the public for 30+years, for god days and bad days. TO THE POINT: If you do not want to work in an establishment where you HAVE TO COMMUNICATE with the public cordially, don’t work there. To the owner and manager of Krispy Kreme, it only takes one bad employee to ruin a business. You have three working the front counter.
I’ll come back because I like the product. But I really hate to be treated like I am not wanted there.
Have we really reached that point where we have to hire anybody that walks in the door? If so, we’ve gotten into a very sad place.
