We love staying here. We’ve stayed here ten times in the last 18 months. The rooms are big and comfortable. It’s older but clean and the staff is nice. Parking is easy and it’s 10 minutes from Disneyland. The coffee machine will make any kind of coffee you want and is available all day. Plus you can fill water anytime of day as well. We

Absolutely loved this hotel! Off the bat, the atmosphere of the Spanish style was amazing. It was so cute they had fish in the waters out front. Check in was easy! When we first saw our room we thought it was spacious and really nice, clean, and the sofa was comfortable! I loved their extra touches, they had balloons, a card, and chocolates for us for our anniversary 🥹🩷 it’s the little things that make you want to come back, and we will! We only stayed for one night but hoping next time we stay longer. Thanks again!

Really enjoyed this hotel. Hospitality was great, room was good. The only issue I had was that our room (123) had dead and dying bees in the room, found 3 on my pillow and on the carpet, never figured out where they were coming from. We didn’t open the sliding glass door because it didn’t have a screen, was kinda baffling. Also when I asked for housekeeping to vacuum and clean the room because I found more , we came back to find the sliding glass door unlocked. Fortunately nothing was disturbed. Notified reception and they did clean and also told them about it at checkout. Didn’t really get much of a response except sorry. We were definitely grossed out!

Photos online capture this hotel perfectly. The only thing they didn’t capture was the amazing staff. My husband and I found this hotel close to Disney and very reasonably priced. The Staff was incredible and so helpful. The hotel is so beautifully designed and decorated. I was just overall impressed with everything. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Hotel Pepper Tree for the hospitality! We will see you soon. (Picture is the very from our balcony)

I just stumbled upon Hotel Pepper Tree as I was looking for a last minute hotel that my sister and I could feel safe at for the night. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean. It even came with a private patio. The hotel staff were very kind, polite, attentive and professional. It was so relaxing that we stayed an additional day/night just to chill. We will be back... What a cute and charming boutique hotel. Loved the custom, antique, and chunky furniture and accents. Great interior design to add warmth to a older building. The staff was available and friendly. I loved having a small kitchenette, which came in handy. It was like staying in a well-stocked and spacious studio apartment. It's convenient to the parks and anything you may need. I would stay there again should I plan on being in the area! Oh, and they placed a thoughtful birthday amenity in the room prior to arrival 😁.

Me and my fiancé are visiting family here from our home in Idaho and this is by far the most beautiful and comfortable hotel we have stayed at. The styling of the whole place is amazing. The rooms are so spacious with a full kitchen. They have a free all day coffee bar. And the staff is so helpful they’re always available for you at the front desk. Definitely staying here from now on on all of our trips to California.

Positive: An affordable hotel with a surprisingly resort feel for the price point. Great beds and room amenities. Always clean and comfortable. We've stayed here multiple times for business trips to Anaheim and will continue to book here when we visit the area. Negative: It can be a little loud in the halls, but they graciously provide ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. They've started charging for parking (they hadn't charged us on previous bookings", but the price wasn't unreasonable.
