I recently needed an Indian visa and I came across us travels. I did not need any appointments, just came in, provided all the documents and got my visa within 24 hours. I also needed help with my parents OCI and they didn’t even hesitate to help me.

SCAM Alert. This is not a legitimate company. I received a $200 charge on my debit account that was listed "Fly United" with their phone number. After discussing with my bank, they advised that I call that number to investigate the charge. I called them 3 times and a different person with a foreign accent answered every time. Each time, they advised that someone would need to call me back but never did. Furthermore they would not tell me the name of their company when I called or whether they had any affiliation with United Airlines. How hard is it to provide the name of your business even if you are running a scam operation? Fortunately I filed a fraud dispute and had my money returned. However, and this is where it gets better, they called me back only AFTER my dispute was filed to ask why I "cancelled my flight". Kudos to the level of expertise on this operation but DO NOT work with them. This is not a real travel agency.

Absolutely scam! BE CAREFUL!!!!!
I got 4 ticket from Seattle to Iran including 3 luggage for each ticket but at the airport Emirates said it's with 2 luggage and they charged me $900! No one was responsible by phone before and after flight. They suspended my return flight!!!!!!!!! And I couldn't call them after 3 days because they are not responding their call.

This is a SCAM website. Do NOT buy anything from here. It’s all FAKE. They will steal your money. You’ve been warned.
Do not be fooled by the "positive" reviews on Google or on TrustPilot. They are obviously paid for and fake. Coincidentally all of them are from India. Yeah, right. Do your research if you want but this warning should be all you need to make the decision not to book anything from this fraud of a website.
