Great service! Fast, friendly. Don't know how they do it but they're able to get things done at an expedited speed at reasonable costs. Consistently reliable, always delivered on what they say they can do. You won't get empty promises here that will then screw up your travel itineraries. I've been going to them since 2017. I booked flights through online sites to Vietnam and the flights were canceled numerous times few weeks prior to departure. I gave up and contacted Ocean Travel Pacific. I was grateful to be helped by Hong. She was very helpful and friendly. Hong stayed after work to help me in resolving an issue. She helped me with renewal of my Visa and booking the flights. I'll be flying to Vietnam next week. I appreciate her professionalism. It's hard to find good service during Covid.

I came here for a passport renew. They did the job, they are just expensive. The communication was different on phone and in person so I recommend checking multiple times before come in.
