Dealing with Wioleta was an example of customer experience that most companies should emulate. From the beginning, Wioleta was able to help us plan and organize a cruise to Bermuda. Although we were late in setting up our travel with a large group who had previous reservations, she was able to complete our booking so that our activities were in sync with the larger group. Wioleta was also great in answering all of our questions (First timers) and concerns in a very timely fashion and when we had a problem with cruise credit, that no one on the ship was able to help us with, Wioleta was able to resolve the problem in a very short time. Wioleta coordinated a Western Caribbean Cruise for 19 people in March and a weekend cruise to the Bahamas for 17 people in May. She is amazing! Wioleta helped us with our latest cruise through the Caribbean. This is our 4th cruise. This was by far the cruise where we received the best service from our travel agent. She made the entire experience wonderful, from planning to getting back home. She went above an beyond what we expected from a travel agent. Wioleta was extremely helpful in planning our family vacation from Tallahassee to Boston to the Maine coastline. She had the challenge of meeting our unique wishes of not flying and not driving.
