Wendy Feiring Denny took care to make sure we found the right Mexican resort for our family-10 of us. A great location (Hyatt Ziva-Puerto Vallarta) with plenty of activities and amenities. A perfect spot for both young and old to enjoy. Great food and safe. We had so much fun! Since my Father has had health issues, she made sure we had reasonably priced travel insurance as well! We had 3 groups of family traveling from different parts of the country, arriving at different times and it was so so wonderful to have Wendy help us review our options. shop, coordinate and plan. Would have been a major hassle without her expertise!! AND IT DID NOT COST US ANY EXTRA. Wendy works very hard, is an excellent communicator, knows the resorts (and cruises)well and can negotiate better rates. We feel like she got us a better deal than we would have on our own, especially during high season/Spring Break. Would definitely use her again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Wendy was highly responsive and knowledgeable in planning our trip to Moorea, Huahine and Bora Bora. Working with her was a pleasure! We booked a cruise to Alaska with friends through Wendy. She handled all the planning and was easy to work with. She was responsive, helpful, and we had a great time. We ran into one problem when we tried to leave the cruise early due to a prior commitment. The cruise charged us over $1,500 to leave early. Wendy spent extra time fighting the charge and, due to her organization and perseverance, got us the money back. We would not have been able to do it without her. We will not hesitate to work with her again on future travels.
