Love this place! The manager scarlet is awesome! She will go out of her way to make you feel at home but she is definitely no pushover! Come to this place with good intentions and you will have no problems! The property attendant Chris is very friendly, respectful and kind to people! I know his moma must be proud?

My partner and I stayed here for a few months while searching for a rental. We ended up loving it and feeling quite at home!

The staff was always friendly and helpful. It was a decent amount of space for the two of us and the prices were fair. We never had any issues with the room or experience. I was also surprised by how safe I felt there! The Wi-Fi was fairly reliable and the on-site laundry facility was super convenient with the ability to pay via app.

Should we ever find ourselves in need of another short term solution, we would definitely go back!

Scarlett’s the front desk Manger? We have been at this extended stay for years now. Good relationship with people are very important for the individuals working at the front desk. I would recommend this extended stay suites to those looking for various reasons to be in town needing a nice and comfy place to lay their heads down for a good price. If there's an issue or need,the front desk will help. They treat you as a welcome guest, answer any questions that you're looking to address with the upmost respect.?Mr. &Mrs.J

I frequently need to stay at Inn Town Suits in Dothan Alabama & every time I do I get the upmost hospitality service by Ms. Scarlet!!!!!!! Ms. Scarlet goes above & beyond to make sure every guest is accommodated. Ms. Nicole is the head housekeeper & Ms. Joe & Ms. Christina work so hard everyday to keep the facilities clean & tidy!!!!!!! Their work is very thorough, Ms. Nicole, Ms. Joe & Christina will make sure we as guest always have what we need!!!!!!! I give 5☆☆☆☆☆?!!!!!!!

Well to start, the manager is rude at times but fair for sure. My room was clean and you can pay a few extra dollars for an upgraded room with nicer flooring and new modern looks. So I'm sorry to read another person's review from the same time frame I was there but sounds like they were expecting double tree culture in a price busting quality place with kitchenette included for under 40 a day. Sounds like instead of hiring a lawyer you should have stayed somewhere else. The air was cold, good water pressure, and cable TV. The rest is subject to your personal preferences. I'll definitely stay again.

The employees are great specifically Nikki and Lexi however a lot of the long term clients are heavy into drugs making it a shady place to have kids that being said if you stay to yourself it's ok and the rooms I'd give a 6/10 tho they are currently renovating rooms so they might be better after that overall id recommend this to people that don't have children and are only looking to stay for a week or 2

I left early, i had paid for a month but my place was ready early. I did not feel safe there. Someone that worked for them tried to come in my room while i was changing. No knock. No announcement who they were just used their masterkey to unlock my door and try to come in. I talked to the front desk and they made an excuse. I did not allow clean up service bc i am allergic to bleach and apparently their cleaning crew couldnt use something i wouldnt have an allergic reaction to. And no refund for leaving early. Wish i had known that upfront.
