La Mesa Blvd location is all that and more. Thank you for making and delivering the scrumptious goodies to my family in your area. Even after I made some mistakes on my end, you folks were more than kind. And she's loving every bit!! Kudos to the delivery guy. Your job in this weather makes what you do all the more special. We appreciate you. Edible Arrangements never disappoints, no matter what part of the country we're in.

This is your sign to NOT order an edible arrangement. I’m normally not one to complain, but I am very disappointed with my order and the lack of customer service skills from the manager, Annie, at this location. I do not live in California but still wanted to send my sister something nice for Mother’s Day. I saw a beautiful arrangement on the website and ordered it for my sister to be delivered to her work on Friday, 5/10/24. Its normal price is $130, but used a coupon code that brought it down to $90. Something came up where my sister’s job had to close early for the day and the arrangement was not going to be delivered before then, so I called the store to ask if I could send someone to pick it up instead. Before I could even finish explaining the situation, Annie interrupted me with “what’s your phone number?” When I wanted to clarify if my sister could pick up the EXACT arrangement I ordered, I was interrupted again by her saying “just come get it” and another employee laughing at her rude response in the background. I looked past that as I can understand Mother’s Day weekend is a busy time and I work customer service myself.
It gets picked up and my sister sends me a photo thanking me for the arrangement and to my surprise, it is not even remotely close to the “Mother’s Day DELUXE Celebration” I ordered. She was given a terribly poor excuse of the the standard “Mother’s Day Celebration” arrangement that costs $80. When I called, Annie said, “I don’t know what to tell you, I can give you store credit for the $40 discount you got and you can probably get some strawberries with that.” She said that with the delivery/pick-up mix-up, the girls working only saw the price I paid and gave my sister an arrangement that’s worth closest to the price I paid. I don’t understand how or why that is my fault as I used a coupon code that was provided by the company. Not once did she apologize for their error either. I refused the store credit, and simply wanted my sister’s arrangement to be remade so she finally said to have my sister stop by on Monday to get an $80 arrangement remade. That is still not what I ordered, but I was over her bad attitude. I was basically told my sister won’t be getting the deluxe arrangement I ordered which is very disappointing and has to take time out of her day to pick go pick it up.
In short, this store’s lack of empathy and professionalism has ruined my experience. We all have bad days, but I’ve never been treated so badly by someone working customer service. I will never order from EA again and neither should you. I have attached photos below of what I ordered, vs. what my sister got. Thank you to Kate for taking accountability and remaking my sister’s arrangement the proper way. Kate actually wanted to help, unlike Annie who I’m now sure how is still employed here.

Ordered the rose bouquet with vase for Vday. The wrong bouquet was delivered, it was all white with almost no roses. Clearly the wrong bouquet was delivered and there was no vase at all. I ordered the most expensive option and they gave me a cheaper bouquet with no vase. And I did not hear back from the complaint ticket I sent. Ruined our valentine’s day, will never order again.

This location was amazing. I’ve never experienced such top level customer service! I was concerned that the recipient wouldn’t be there and they took the time to ensure the delivery time worked for them. I was so impressed and the product quality impressed. I’ll be ordering again. Thank you!

My sis in law ordered here to surprise me on my recent delivery. They called to check if i was home on that day and it never came. I called the next day to asked about the product if it was sent and what had happen. They are claiming that it was delivered that day and they had a picture. I asked if someone had received it since I thought maybe there are perishable items there and they’ve said no one since they have delivery the product thru uber and it said that it was delivered. In their end since the uber said it was delivered there is nothing they can do and i should asked the uber about it. I mean i am the recipient they asked me to do that and even instigating that the product was lost in our end, only to find out that it was delivered in other apartment. My gosh!!! The manager that day doesnt even know how to pacify the issue. She even insisting that i should talked to my sis in law about the product that was lost since their job is done. How can they call it a gift arrangement if they dont even know how to handle the delivery well. It should be person to person and not to relay on certain pictures that its not even our house. I just delivered a baby that day and the manager is not considerate and just escalate the issue. I rarely leave a bad comment but this is the worst i had.

I never knew that there was an edible arrangements in La Mesa and I stumbled across this location just a week ago. I went there to get a birthday gift for myself and Annie was amazing. She was attentive, accommodating, and fairly kind and so was the rest of the people working there. I also never knew edible arrangements had smoothies! They’re made with fresh fruits and you can truly taste the the difference between their smoothies and smoothies that aren’t made with fresh fruits. So good and refreshing! I can’t get enough of them so I will definitely now be a repeat customer. Thank you so much for giving excellent customer service!

Edible Arrangements is so smart! Not only do these arrangements look festive, they taste so good! The EA in La Mesa , CA is extremely professional, the customer service is wonderful, the fruit is so delicious… I will be back and highly recommend it ! 💯💝
I was on a tight schedule to get to my friends birthday at the time. The arrangement was ready, fresh and packaged beautifully with clear wrap, a Birthday wrap! The designers did a great job. The packaging kept the fruit upright in my car, no tipping over!! My friends , and their friends, love the star-shaped pineapple pops! 🍍⭐️🍍⭐️
EA has a new chocolate covered Apple pop which looks like a little mini cupcake or donut. I can attest, they are delicious! 🍡🍏🍩
