I currently reside at a residential rehabilitation home for Veterans, specifically, Veterans suffering from PTSD. We have experienced very poor service from this company. The food is usually not good at all. They often serve leftovers from previous days. There is no professionalism in the way they interact with us. We've heard statements from employees such as, "Oh, they're just spoiled, we don't have to do that", when someone asks for a simple, reasonable request. Or, "This is technically a hospital so you don't get gourmet food," when someone notified them of the poor food quality. Many of us have stopped eating here at all. Unfortunately, they are contracted for a year, so finding a new company is difficult. My recommendation is to bypass this company and find someone else.

Great food! We were looking for a place near Mission Trails after a hike. Service was friendly but a little inexperienced. The pulled pork and curry chicken were terrific. Don’t miss the plantains!

Beware -- do not hire them for catering. Very poor experience with catering and even worse experience with their customer service. Admiral's Experience should be shut down. Hired them to cater for a 200-person fundraising dinner gala supporting children affected by cancer, and they only had enough food for 150 guests. This was not only a bad look for our organization but cost us in fundraising potential that night as well. Admiral's Experience agreed (via written communication that we have proof of) to refund over $1,000 for the 50 dinners they didn't serve, but when they sent the check, it bounced. They apologized for it and said they would send another check immediately, but they never did and then began to ignore our calls. After several months, we were finally able to get back in touch with them, and they refused to refund us the previously agreed upon amount that their check bounced for. Upon trying to get in touch with a manager to discuss this, we were faced with very rude, impatient, and condescending staff (Shannon), who refused to put any manager on the phone or give us any other way to contact a manager. Shannon would talk over us, yell at us for calling, and even purposely hung up on us mid-sentence. Horribly rude!!

Finally, Shannon told us that the manager (Chris) was no longer working with them and that Chef Geoff Cole refused to refund us anything at all; she also said that he would not speak on the phone with us. Admiral's Experience has been a major headache since the night of our event and has cost us in time, money, and stress. They are stealing money from a children's charity -- shameful!! Because of them, at least 2 fewer children and their families will be served. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau and are currently under review. Would recommend that everyone steer clear of this business.

Awesome place, very friendly and the food was amazing. My son loved the coconut rice which for me not liking coconut, was good. Hours changed but that's not a big deal, this place is awesome and Joseph was also very great for my family....kid loved him.

The Admiral's Experience welcomes you with a cool vibe and chill atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. The menu is filled with West Indian flavors with a personal twist by Chef Geoff.

Admiral's has a great staff who values providing great service during your visit. I highly recommend Admiral's Experience for a date night with your significant other or just a casual dining out with friends.

Worst brunch that we have ever had. It is as if they were trying to make bad food. The food was ice cold and the place was empty so no excuse for the quality of the food or the poor service. Portion control was obvious. Don't throw your hard earned money away.

Looking to cater for my promotion party here in DC makes me wish I was still in San Diego. Chef Geoff gave us the best party I have ever had! Too bad we are so far away!
