We chose Pacific Connection Catering as our wedding caterer, and they exceeded every expectation. From the start, Rob was incredible to work with—he was not only communicative and organized but also full of creative ideas that helped shape our menu and overall experience. We opted for a family-style meal, and it was a huge hit with our guests!

The food was outstanding; many of our guests told us it was the best they’d ever had at a wedding. The service was just as exceptional—from the cocktail hour to the dinner and bar, everything ran smoothly and felt effortless. The staff was attentive, professional, and made sure every detail was perfect.

We couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience and are so grateful to have chosen Pacific Connection Catering.

This is written as the mother of the bride at a wedding PC catered. One of our biggest concerns is allergies as both the bride and groom and myself have severe allergies. My daughter chose the caterer and immediately went over allergies with him. We then filled out the allergy form, and I met him in person at the walk through and discussed each of our allergies. He joked that I would get "a dry chicken breast"--he said that several times. It seemed like an odd choice, but I said fine, I'll take a plain chicken breast as long as it doesn't have onions and garlic. There were various other communications back and forth before the day. None were easy, or smooth, or even super polite (that's feedback from all of us-nothing felt positive or easy) but I decided that didn't matter as long as the food service went well.

When it came time to have dinner, the server had no idea I had an allergy. I went and found Rob. He acted as if it was the first he heard of my allergy. "You can have the salad I think...well, let me check." (WHat?) and then eventually they told me to eat none of the dishes on the table. He also asked how sensitive was I? Again, all discussed prior to this.

They brought me a plate of my own. It had meat (not served at the wedding. There was no red meat on our menu. So where did this come from?) and steamed veggies. I ate it, naively, and of course was later ill. The meat was clearly seasoned in some way, probably with garlic. He never checked back in on me, or had anyone else do so.

I wasn't able to go to the after party, as the hives etc. had started by the end of the wedding. I went home and was ill. It put a huge damper on my day, and we put in so much money and time into this wedding. That's why I decided to review honestly. As you can see, I review a lot, and tend to give 5 stars. But this experience was really negative. (The wedding itself was beautiful, and I loved it, but I don't want someone else to go through this.)

I can not recommend this caterer if you have guests with food sensitivities, or even want a really pleasant communication experience. I will say the staff that served beer /wine were very nice and I appreciated them, so we did not change the gratuity. Finally, I think our venue made things unreasonably hard for the caterer to set up in a timely manner, and that probably lent to the problem. Still, the fact that there was no plan for the mother of the bride, after repeated contact about the allergy, was truly ridiculous.

We had a dream wedding because of Pacific Connections!! First of all, Rob and his wife Chef Donna are such good people, we hit it off from our first meeting. They are incredibly professional and their food is amazing. We definitely felt that we were in good hands. All of our guests raved about our food both during and after our event. Rob also gave us lots of insights that contributed to our timeline and reduced my stress levels greatly. On the day, their team and their service skills went above and beyond, even fluffed my dress while I was waiting to make my entrance and kept me company so I wouldnt be so nervous. We couldnt have picked a better caterer for our wedding! Highly recommended!!!

The Pacific Connections team is absolutely amazing! We had a smaller wedding at Sbragia Family Vineyards. When the other vendors and day-of coordinator from Milestone found out we booked with Pacific Connections, they were thrilled. We quickly understood why. Rob provided invaluable insight into planning our wedding and knew the venue incredibly well (he even attended our walkthrough to help us think through the final layout). On the day of the event, Rob and his team worked with us to make sure that everything was exactly the way we wanted it. The servers were extremely professional and everything went perfectly. Their food is excellent and a far better value than other caterers we considered in the area. In short, our wedding was perfect and it would not have been the same without the Pacific Connections team. We highly recommend them!

These guys are true professionals. After meeting them for the tasting we had zero doubt about their capabilities. Rob and Chef Donna knocked our wedding meals out of the park! All of our guest complimented the food multiple times during and after the event. Rob knows weddings and his input and feedback were instrumental in the success of our wedding day. Beth ended up running the day of event and was so good. She really ran a tight ship. Meal service was impeccable. They went above and beyond what you would expect from a caterer. They really took care of us, made sure we looked great, and were well fed. They even packed us a couple of to go boxes.

Rob and his staff are top notch. From our initial communication, to the tasting, the planning stages given Rob's caring and commitment to making the event perfect and finally the wedding itself we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience with Pacific Connection Catering. We knew we were going to be pleased with the food and service at our daughter's wedding but it exceeded our expectations. Scheduled a tasting for my daughter's wedding, and was motndisappoi red one bit! Rob was so down earth and welcoming, it was like being with family! Everybaingle course had such attention to detail and was phenomenal! Was very impressed with how he took the time to get to know my daughter and her fiancee. The chef, his wife, really made each bite just perfect! Cannot wait for their wedding!
