We used Trends for the catering at our wedding and it was amazing! We had multiple guests say it was the best wedding food they had ever had! I really loved that they offered family style food. It made it feel like everyone was family and gave people options to try different things which is how I like to eat so it was perfect for my wedding! The mashed potatoes were some of the best I have ever had, and we loved the vodka pasta dish! We also loved the tri-tip with pinot reduction and crispy shallots. Lastly, the Vine Hill House Salad was just delicious and the candied pecans in it were spectacular. Susan is amazing, so organized and offers many different options to choose from when picking your menu. She had this incredible cheese grazing table for cocktail hour, endless passed appetizers, and her team made delicious cocktails. Her team also did a great job setting the tables and serving our dessert. I always wanted my favorite ice cream (Screamin Mimi's) and her staff was willing to scoop it for my guests. From presentation, to taste, to service, I can't recommend Trends enough! I hope to have them cater another event for my family at some point!

Susan and her team were amazing! She was such a pleasure to work with and we really enjoyed her sense of humor. She made the catering experience more fun from beginning to end. We really felt she went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted and she delivered the best experience. She listened to our specific needs which included people who were vegetarian and vegan and worked with all our dietary and allergy needs and delivered amazing food. The ethnic foods were very authentic and delicious. All the food was a big hit and the bartenders delivered strong and delicious mixed drinks. The presentation was beautiful, really an artwork. Service was exceptional and everyone left very stuffed and satisfied. We are still hearing rave reviews from our guests about the food. Susan even sent us home that night with samplings of all the food to enjoy later which was very appreciated. We could not thank her enough for all she did t elevate our wedding day!

Susan and the Trends team are true and complete experts. That's the only way to describe them, they are professional, dialed in, and make feeding 130+ people seem like nothing. From our first tasting with Susan I knew we had made probably the best decision of our wedding in hiring her. She is so fun, funny, joy filled, understanding, helpful and SHE KNOWS FOOD! Our food wasn't just great wedding food, it was great food PERIOD. We are still getting compliments about how delicious everything was! Some of my favorites of hers are the Thai quesadillas, the California caesar, the ravioli with pesto, the lemon salmon, and the mashed potatoes, and the green beans with mint, but truly you can't go wrong. When I had some last minute changes to our rentals a couple weeks before the wedding, Susan handled it with ease and reassurance. My husband and I can't possibly recommend this team more!!

Susan was organized, attentive and so helpful throughout the wedding planning process. We had a great time at Encore picking out the rentals and had a lovley tasting with her as well. Trends does a wonderful job of taking care of all of your worries on your wedding day. They know how to appropriately staff their events and deliver delicious meals. We hired Trends to cater our wedding at Vine Hill House in August, 2023. Our experience working with Sue and her team leading up to the big day was incredible. They were so responsive, flexible and easy to work with. We received so many compliments about the food from our guests and we basically lived off the leftovers they packed up for us for two days after the wedding and were just blown away by how fresh and high quality the food was. The penne with creamy tomato sauce and mashed potatoes were particularly popular for our carb-loving crowd! You really can't go wrong working with Trends--the food, the service the team are simply the best!

Our wedding day was made extra special by Trends Catering. Susan and Head Chef Carlos led a team that gave us an awesome food experience that our guests are still talking about.

The food was absolutely top-notch. The Thai quesadilla starters were a hit, and the chicken skewers were juicy and full of taste. The main dishes, like the salads, filet mignon, and salmon, were loved by everyone. And the crowd-pleasers like smash mashed potatoes and baked ziti were just delicious.
