BEWARE! Extremely unprofessional, rude and homophobic Manager Chris!

Chris, the manager at the front desk went to our room at 10:56am banging and yelling that we have to get out the room. Our reservation clearly says 11:00am check out time so we told him that we will be out soon and we’re just trying to make the room a little tidy. At exactly 11:02 am we were at the front desk talking to him, checking out. And he was mad, yelling at us and being so rude and unprofessional while sitting on a chair with his feet up, telling us that he needs to charge us 20$ since we checked out so late. Me and my boyfriend was shookt because it was only 2 minutes after 11am and he charged us 20 from our 200$ deposit. Plus 5$ charged because we lost the room key.

accommodated my needs at first. But there is some problems. vending machines barely work, and it took my money. afternoon employee was able to help with that situation. But the problem I have is they gave me my deposit back after check out. And then 2-3 days later they took it right back out. By that time at least 1-2 people have stayed. I don’t think that’s allowed. There is also a $200 deposit fee that isn’t anywhere on their website. it’s posted when you walk in to check in. not the best rooms, has trash from the previous tenants.

This place it absolutely unacceptable. It clearly stated in the website while booking that the minimum age allowed to check in is 18 years old. When we arrived, we were not allowed to check in and we were told the minimum age for check in is 21. The man at the front desk was the most unhelpful person I have ever met. Do not book in this place. Awful service.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I've already seen some reviews that the male worker at the desk is impolite.... and those reviews are absolutely true... That dude is rude... So unless you want get treated like some inferior human being by someone who works at a desk at an inn, STAY AWAY!!!!

Staff was rude when we wanted to check in early, then informed us about a $20 per hour fee to check-in early. What a joke.

Room was nice, but the AC was old and needed resetting a time or two. Beds were comfortable. The shower was trash with no water pressure. At least there were vending machines at the outdoor area. There's a $200 security deposit which I thought was too high in my opinion.

One positive thing I can say is that it's close to a lot of mini-malls, restaurants and transit options. You have the Koreatown Plaza right across the street with a bunch of shops and restaurants inside(and an H-Mart!) the Galleria a couple of blocks down Western, the 207 bus that takes you to Hollywood, a bunch of restaurants in the area, and the Metro D Train at Wiltshire/Western Station(be careful, that line can be incredibly sketchy) along with multiple bus routes to Santa Monica, Downtown LA and all other destinations.

Checking out was pleasant until we inquired about storing our luggage for a few hours and picking them up in time for our next destination. $20 bucks per bag, but the guy was nice and gave us $10 per bag. Even though he kinda did us a favor, it's pretty ridiculous at the same time.

Don't think I'll be coming back here unless no other viable options are left. They try to get every penny out of you for any and every thing.

Cozy place in the middle of Koreatown, rooms were a little run down but did the job. The room I had, had a small refrigerator w/ small freezer and a microwave. Enough to freeze water bottles for the next day. Bathroom had a hair dryer. Nice sized tv with cable. A/C ran good and kept room comfortable. Staff was friendly and respectful. Parking was a little tricky but was a secure place to park.
