I’ve stayed here multiple times- the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional.

The lobby is beautiful, with several spots to tuck into with a coffee and your computer, should you want to tend to some work if needed. There’s water & coffee in the lobby, and having a meal at Jane Q is a great option for an easy, mouthwatering experience if you need a calm respite from the city.

The rooms are clean, well appointed, and offer gorgeous views of the city. The bed was so comfy! The bathroom was spotless, and the amenities are high quality and smell quite lovely.

The gym is convenient, and the pool looks fab when the weather’s warm!

We recently stayed at Kimpton Everly Hotel, LA, and overall, it was a nice experience. The hotel itself has a great ambiance, with stylish decor and a modern feel. One of the best perks is its proximity to the Walk of Fame, making it a convenient spot for exploring Hollywood.

The breakfast was great, offering a good variety of options to start the day right. Additionally, while the hotel offers valet parking, free street parking can be found nearby if you arrive early.

However, the service could have been better—it didn’t quite meet expectations in terms of attentiveness and hospitality.

The hotel atmosphere was charming, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My room had a unique design that really stood out, and the breakfast was a delightful mix of flavors. Definitely a place I'd recommend for a relaxing getaway!

I’d give 4.5 if I could. We stayed 4 nights. Many elements were 5 star including Spencer’s service at the front desk and Randall (? the muscle-bound guy in engineering) who retrieved my daughter’s Apple Pencil by going out of his way to move the heavy drink stand at Jane Q brunch (which was also outstanding — we got the Jane Q and the Chia each day).||All service was generally great. The room was also nice, with a good layout and view of the Hollywood sign. We liked the location, which was easy to Universal and the Magic Castle and just a short walk to Hollywood Blvd. Valet was prompt though could get backed up at times (small porte cochere area).||The only hiccups/knocks were $70+/night parking charge (which, to be fair, seems pretty standard for the area/LA) and being placed in the wrong room initially (rectified within minutes). The pool water could have been a bit warmer and a hot tub will always be appreciated.||Would definitely stay here again whether with kids or without. Excellent job folks.

Have not stayed in a hotel that offered this type of white glove service in a long time. The staff was unbelievably attentive, Spencer and Richard could not have been more accomodating. They made sure everything was perfect and it was. The food was phenomenal, and staff always called me by name which made it even more special. I could go on, but this place is worth every dollar. Great experience!

Save the mandatory daily fee (for 'complimentary' stuff that you may or may not use) and the exorbitant parking fee per day, this hotel was flawless. We had a wonderful time, in a beautiful environment. Very chic, new, great interior design. From the rooms to the bar to the coffee shop. Quite unique.||The staff was consistently cheerful and helpful. Check-in was pleasant, quick, and easy, although they didn’t offer me the complementary welcome drink that one is forced to pay for - no matter, once I saw it on the list I went back down and asked about it and they gave it to me. It was a very lovely sparkling rosé. They also forgot to give me the daily 'complimentary' coffee cards at Jane Q, but when the woman at the desk realized this (when I kept showing up asking for today's card), she gave me extra, which was nice. The coffees (lattes, chai latte, matcha latte) are excellent, and the cafe is gorgeous: soaring ceilings, clean lines, helpful staff. ||The complementary coffee (until 10 each day) is very good, as is the wine between 5 and 6 (and I'm fussy about my wine). Farmhouse wine. The staff serving it were always cheerful and friendly, down-to-earth.||The rooms are modern and chic, with clean lines. They include some cool bath robes as well as a yoga mat, very LA. The bed support was excellent; on the website we used it said "large double" but it was a king. I asked for supportive pillows when we first arrived, instead of the regular ones, and they showed up within 20 minutes and were fantastic. Great sleep. Very quiet (surprisingly - most hotels really aren't, what with doors slamming and people talking in the hallways), which was wonderful. I am very picky on all those fronts, so that was great. I did ask for a quiet room in advance, as I am a very light sleeper, so it is possible that was why. They put me far away from the elevator and high up on the fifth floor. We were in one of the Hollywood sign view rooms, so we were over the highway but because we were so high we couldn't hear it.||I loved the carpet. Tight weave but very soft, gray / black. Nice and cushiony after a day of walking. The heating was very responsive. I am always cold, so I turned it up and immediately the room warmed up. Nice big long functional couch (much more so than typical hotel room sofas) that you can cozy up on to read a book. Supportive but not hard. Or just look at the Hollywood sign or the Griffith Observatory!||I asked for the coffee machine for the room, as per the other reviews, and it was delivered within 30 minutes, along with the supportive pillows. The front desk staff is great, and Louis went out of his way to find out why the Polo Lounge at The Beverly Hotel wasn't answering their phones (nor was their booking site working). Later he found us in Jane Q while we were getting our coffees, and he had figured it out for us (we went without a reservation, got seated without missing a beat, and we had a fantastic lunch with some celebrities around us).||The lighting in the bathroom is not great for putting on make-up, but no hotel room bathroom ever is - it was better than most hotel bathrooms. I don’t understand why they don’t change that, since so many people need better lighting. Otherwise it was beautiful, and I absolutely loved the products. Even the hand soap smelled amazing. I really want to buy some and bring it home. It smelled expensive… The shampoo and conditioner were good too (the latter is usually too light for me).||Elevators came fast, every time. Small things like this you only notice when they are bad/slow... And there were none of those. Highly recommend this hotel.

Skip this hotel. It’s right on the 101 freeway so traffic noise drones on all through the night. Guest rooms are shabby. The cute bar is a good place to hang, but the nibble menu goes away at the stroke of 6 pm and the restaurant menu is limited and over-priced. You’ll pay a resort fee, but the poolside table area is all marked reserved even in the late afternoon when no one is around. The worst was we never got hot water in the shower, for THREE days.
