Had a great experience here on business travel. Hotel had extremely friendly and helpful staff. My room was nice and decently updated. Overall location is fine. Still a decent amount of homelessness roaming this area. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was decent and overall the stay was great. They also have texting options with the hotel if you need anything which I found very useful.

Thanks W Hollywood staff for being so easy and friendly.

Amazing stay at this fabulous hotel. We did a last minute decision to go to LA for the weekend and found this gem. We got a suite with the help of manager Lei, and loved it. Lei made sure that every need was met and also sent up some nice refreshments. Thank you Lei! We came on a sunny weekend and it was perfect for walking around Hollywood, Walk of Fame and Griffith park. This hotel is newly remodeled and the decor really wow'd me. It was meticulously clean with modern decor. We love it.

Overpriced for what you’re getting but, the place is pretty and newly refurbished. Found the air conditioner to be quite loud but, the beds were comfy. We took a sneak peak at the 12th floor rooftop pool and it was so quiet it looked abandoned. To be fair, it was winter and perhaps it would be amazing in summer.

Naomi was a rockstar! She went overboard to accommodate us in a request for a quiet space. She was so helpful and welcoming! The food was excellent and the room was perfect! The common spaces are beautifully appointed and love the wine hour every day!

It's always an amazing stay. We stay here when visiting Pantages Theater next door. Great hotel conveniently located to all the fun. The newly remodeled rooms and bar are fantastic. From when we first arrive and Eric at velvet welcomes us and takes care of the car to Macaela, checking us in at the front desk, we feel welcomed by an exceptionally friendly staff. Also, I do not want to forget Hector at the bar who makes an amazing old fashioned and goes beyond with the service.

His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm demeanor truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, and his recommendations for local spots were spot on.

Mason’s commitment to making guests feel welcome and taken care of is truly impressive. I highly recommend the W, especially if you have the pleasure of interacting with someone as outstanding as Mason!

I had the best stay at the W back in November. I stayed for an early birthday celebration and from arrival to check out, our visit was perfect.|When we arrived the bellmen weren’t available but we were helped by some security guards to the lobby and they made sure to give our car keys to a valet worker.|Thank you to security Tanya and Jeff.|The check in process was quick and easy, thanks to the receptionists who welcomed us, Cynthia, Karla and Noemi.|Throughout our stay receptionists Micaela, Laura, Gabriel and Bree helped us in answering our questions and welcomed us back every time we walked into the hotel.|People who also made our stay very comfortable were the bellmen Kevin, Louis, Manny and Jamal. As well as the runner, Walter.|Last but not least I’d love to thank the director, Amelia and the concierge team, Lina, Thelma and Marinna for making my mom and me feel very special with the surprise for my birthday and the help they provided in figuring out what to do around the hotel. |This stay was definitely one for the books and I will surely be back, not just for the city, but in hopes to see the amazing team they’ve got at the W Hollywood.
