Friendly employees. .y out of town visitors love this place. They do not have one at home. One of my favorite places to eat lunch and supper. Always pleased with my order. No sweet tea for me, but I hear it's great. Outside covered seating. My only complaint is sticky floors. Definitely recommended.

We enjoy lunch here. The staff is normally nice and helpful. The only issue today was cold coffee but they switched it out for tea with our money back.

I have been here twice. Both times they messed up my sandwich. Both times they brought food out at different times so one person was done eating before another got food. The potato salad portion is laughable how tiny it is. The kids meals went up in price yet the portion got smaller. They forgot my cheesecake and I had to go ask. The ladies working the counter were very nice. I feel the issue is the cook can’t make more than one thing at a time. The price I way too high for the small portions and slow service. 25 minutes for a toasted cheeses sandwich is ridiculous.

I have been eating at McAlister's deli now for what seems like at least 20 years. The food always tastes great, the place is always well maintained and clean. The service is always top notch and the bathrooms are of course clean. There's plenty of parking in the front and there's also outdoor seating as well. Definitely a great place to eat with a small to medium-sized party of people.

Ate here today 9/5/24 at the Dothan location, for lunch while we were in town doing a Sams run.
The husband ordered a salad and I ordered the Jalapeno Turkey Crunch.
Husbands salad came out pretty quickly, TWENTY THREE minutes later they brought out my sandwich. Since husband was already done with his salad, I got a to-go box and brought mine home.
At home, I picked it a part to give the turkey to the dog and noticed it had a piece of paper in it. YUCK!
I won't even go into the service and attitude of the staff.

We wont be going back to that location.

The McAlister's in Enterprise has always been amazing, the food and staff are top notch.

I am so disappointed in the Dothan one.

I placed an order for pick up. I ordered a sandwich with a side of Potato Salad, along with some other food. It wasn’t in the bag. I called them when I got home. The young lady who I spoke to said I did not order any potato salad, but I was charged for it. Don’t lie to your patrons. The French Dip could have definitely tasted better for what I paid. The young man on the phone when I placed the order was not friendly either. Please do better!

I usually order ahead online & the order is waiting when I arrive. In this case today, I placed order at 1130a for pick up at 1230p. I stand at the pick up spot several mins before anyone even acknowledged me & had I not initiated that conversation, she would of kept going. When I explain that I'm in a hurry & I've been waiting, etc etc, I'm told I'm behind several people. The girl tells the female cook in the back & they both laugh, "everyone wants their food".
