My husband and I have been looking for several months for the “right” fifth wheel. We found it at BAMA RV! Big Al helped us by having several campers ready for us to view when we arrived since our drive was over 3.5 hrs. Dave, the owner, even followed up with calls and worked with us as well. The staff members were so friendly! After our RV purchase, we were able to buy several needed products right there at the BAMA RV store! This place is the complete package!

Traveling and had to stop here for help.
Thought it was camper but it’s a tire.
These people are fantastic.
They set me up at a site with Electric and treated me as a guest until Monday.
When I tire store would be open.
This happened on a Saturday.

They have gone way beyond the call of helping an older lady out with her dog.

When I want a new camper, I will definitely come back to Dothan to work with these people.

My wife and I bought a 5th wheel toy hauler here, and i can't say good enough things. We had been shopping around and went to the camping world and other places, but Bama was a pleasure to work with. We got a great deal on a slightly owned Raptor, and they gave us a great deal for our travel trailer.

The new camper needed a few things, and they took care of everything prior to us taking delivery. They even delivered it to where we were staying about 30 minutes away and took our trade-in back. We will definitely do business with them again when the time comes to either trade, upgrade, or get an additional unit.

We had a pleasant experience when purchasing our fifth wheel from Bama RV. From the owner Dave Chavers, Allen Geier our salesman, Brad Smith the Finance man, CJ Johnson salesman in the store, Mike Ellis, Colleen Boyette and the man that did our walk thru whom I can’t remember his name. Everyone was super friendly and made us feel welcome. We would definitely recommend Bama RV!

Sales experience at Bama RV in Aug of 21 with Al was great. That’s where it ended. Promised the stars, paid for every warranty option available to avoid an issue since this was for work contracts. NO portion of warranty honored. “Too busy”then after first yr, no help. Fresh tank fell OUT of the trailer bc pump was left in recirc - not prepped correctly. Was taken back for work that was lied about. They used every excuse known. Fine print in warranty excludes everything that will break or fail. They stole aprox 5K from me, if you buy, avoid their services completely, along with any warranty they sell.

4/5 stars simply do to lots of unexpected repairs and costs that were not originally identified and slow to communicate status updates requiring multiple calls over a few weeks to pull information versus Bama RV pushing it to the customer in a timely manner.

Worked with Big Al for potential trade-in and purchase of camper but wound up not going through with it. Big Al is a great asset to the company, was always helpful and honest for specific situations, and provided advice and experience to help make the best decision for the customer. Would highly recommend him for anyone if interested in purchasing a new RV.

Very nice and in my opinion better then camping World. Don’t get me wrong camper world is the bomb! Bama Rv had the better selection of R.V.s an things for they have a variety of different things too for your ultimate R. V. Buying experience!
