Diamond member here with very high standards for hotels especially in the Hilton Brand. This hotel is magnificent. Very clean, modern, well maintained, and the bed was very comfy. I have stayed at many Hampton Inn’s but this mattress is a big step above the normal. I would highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in the suite room 437 which was very spacious, clean, and nice views of the area. I try to add something for a hotel to improve on because no one is perfect and I had trouble trying to find something substantial to comment on. The only “complaint” I could say is that they ran out of milk at breakfast. I have nothing else I could comment on in that regard. I highly recommend staying here.

I came down for breakfast at 7:30 and they were out of eggs and potatoes. When I enquired at the front desk, they told me more would be coming out, after 45 minutes, they still didn’t bring any out and informed me they were out of eggs and potatoes. They were also out of plates, so I had to eat my waffle from a bowl. The kitchen help also lied to me. There’s a reason the less expensive hotel a block away has higher reviews.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn Stockton, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Douglas, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of exceptional.

Douglas and Alondra’s customer service skills are truly impressive. They both were attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any questions I had about the hotel amenities and local attractions. His positive attitude made me feel welcomed and valued, setting the tone for a fantastic visit.

The hotel itself was immaculate! Every corner was clean and well-maintained, showcasing the staff's dedication to providing a pleasant environment for guests. The common areas, as well as my room, surpassed my expectations in both cleanliness and comfort.

Overall, I highly recommend the Hampton Inn Stockton, especially if you have the chance to be assisted by Douglas snd his team. His dedication to customer service, combined with the hotel's outstanding cleanliness and comfort, made my stay truly memorable. I will definitely be returning to this gem in the future! The location was perfect for the business we had to do in the area. Front desk was very pleasant and housekeeping was wonderful. The bed, however, was AWFUL. Two days later I'm still trying to get over its effects.
Breakfast was far below the standard of other Hamptons.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews because someone didn’t get their way, or because someone made a mistake or wasn’t friendly! I stayed for a work trip.

This hotel is amazing. You will feel comfortable, sleep well. It’s clean and still has a newness about it. Front desk was very helpful and recommended the extra drive for great restaurants at Lincoln Center. Well worth it.

A few mistakes were made during my stay as well, but that didn’t affect my rating. I will definitely be back. Thank you everyone!

I have been staying in this hotel once q week for about five months and i have nothing but good experience. The hotel is very clean and i love the environment. Cameo is a very wonderful and perfect staff to have, she is always patient and never left any questions unanswered or any concerns unattended to. She is friendly and yet super professional. The only con about this hotel is lack of microwave in the rooms.

Horrible hotel and location. My family and I booked our hotel a few weeks ago for a tournament in Stockton. When we were 5 minutes down the street from the hotel at 8:30pm they called and cancelled our reservation. They said they overbooked, even though we had already booked and I tried to pre-check in the day before and they would not let me. So at 9pm in Stockton my family and I were stranded and had to scramble to find a hotel. We found a competitor and they were amazing. Don’t stay at this hotel the guy on the phone was so rude and would not help us and hung up on me as I as trying to get help. I travel a ton and have never experienced anything like this. If you are looking for a hotel in this area avoid this place like the plague.

Very friendly and modern hotel - great rooms and facilities smell fresh and clean. Room are sized well and lots of space. The breakfast and pool are great. Staff are friendly and responsive. We had a family event and they took great care of us!
