I regret so much that I didn't read the reviews before, I sent a box to Guatemala since April 31 this year, they said it will take 5 to 8 weeks to delivered. It's been 6 months since that. They change their version every week. They say is customs, then they say they don't have enough people to deliver the boxes and then they change back, that is still detained in customs. I have always send boxes through different companies and this never happened to me. I already sent emails and they don't answer anymore. They don't want to take responsibility of their actions. Don't ever use this company if you don't want to lose your money. Lamento tanto no haber leído los comentarios de otros usuarios antes de haber mandado mi caja con esta compañía, se supone que entregarán la caja de 5 a 8 semanas, eso fue hace 6 meses. Todas las semanas que llamo me cambian la versión de que esta en aduanas, otra semana que no tienen personal para entregar la caja. Siempre he mandado cajas con otras compañías y nunca me habia pasado esto. Alejense de esta compañía si no quieren perder su dinero y sus cosas que con tanto esfuerzo uno compra para enviar. No se quieren responsabilizar ni darme el dinero de la aseguranza que disque ellos dan por cajas perdidas porque segun "no esta perdida". No contestan ya los emails y ya no saben ni que excusa dar.

If I could give a negative star I would do it.
This place is a rip off.
The people that worked there. Don't have any costumer service skills.
Also I sent a 30x30 box and documented everything I sent on the box and lots of my tools were missing also some clothes. And the guy who took the box to my house was wearing my shirt lol they are not the smartest person due to I sent the box and went to Nicaragua when box was delivered.
Some of my tools were missing
I'll not recommend this place to anyone.
I never had an issue with other companies.
If you guys need to send stuff to Nicaragua better stay away from this people since not everything will get to your house.
I never had an issue with pinolero.

Horrible customer service, everything is so expensive and the services is not even good. My girlfriend sent a box to Nicaragua in September "2013" and the box got there in November "2014". It took a YEAR for them to solve the problem. Don't send laptops with them. You have to pay $50.00 separately and if it gets lost they are not responsible for it. That happened to us. This place is a rip off!

It has been the worst experience, they should have people that know what they are doing,, I'm so disappointed and upset for them service. I send a little package to Nicaragua they told me it was take from 3 to 7 days, which it took a Month and there was a camera in there I just spoke to my kid and the battery and memory stick is missing,,, and I still had to pay extra fees to get release from custom, that I wasn't told and when I called it was just absurd..... I'm very unhappy and I'm not using Mtom again..
