Taeyang Travel Agency is horrible/has no basic customer service standards. My flight back home via Air Premia had been canceled, and they never left any voicemail or email about the cancellation, leading to me having to spend much more money on a new ticket and hassle as I was extremely unprepared/shocked. So unprofessional that they do not care about reaching out properly regarding such a major issue?!! They never even apologized, genuinely they seemed to not even care. What type of travel agency does not leave clear messages about something as timely as a flight cancellation?! I still cannot even believe this. Moreover, they have not issued me the proper refund amount and despite reaching out numerous times they have just ignored me. It is truly frustrating and so stressful. They did not give any clear clarification either. There is a new law that states airlines must provide a full refund including all taxes and fees if it was cancelled on their behalf. This is NOT a professional travel agency and you should beware!!! 😡
