This restaurant is as close to Italy and its Italian food by far. Everything is so fresh and made to perfection with the best flavors and the portions are perfect! My favorite dish so far is the Basil Cream Chicken. Don't forget to order a Italian cream soda!

My family was on way to Kirkwood to go ski. We decided to spend the night in Jackson which is 1 hr from Kirkwood. Its a small town where we found this family-operated italian place. Its on opposite direction of the downtown. A small place with limited seating, we had to wait 10-15 min to get a table.
It was worth the wait. They had 2-4 vegetarian pasta options and a couple of flatbreads/pizza options but they were not available for dinner. We ordered a ravioli and a pasta dish that both came with side of house salad and garlic bread. Both preparations were very good. Their soups are made in chicken broth, so not recommended for vegetarians.
Their wine was good as well. All in all only few options available for vegetarians but they all taste very good.

Came in for the first time with mom & grandma today on a Tuesday afternoonaround 2pm, and it wasn't crowded. I ordered a Raspberry Italian soda (never had one before), Shrimp Scampi, and the Tomato Bisque. We all ordered different things, and we all loved what we got! The tomato bisque was really thick and creamy, I usually don't like plain tomato soups but I loved this and would always want this soup when I come in the future. It was delicious and had a lot of flavor. The Shrimp Scampi was really tasty, and was cooked in a more authentic way than it is in other restaurants. The Scampi's wine sauce was very good, and not overly garlicky. Overall, it's easy to tell that the quality of the food is excellent and the freshness makes a big difference. Some of the food and wine is locally sourced too, which is nice. My mother and I are not local, but grandma is local and hopes to eat here again soon! I had a good experience today and the whole family would love to come back and eat here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent!! Don't hesitate to try this place. This is real Italian food. Not from a can or a jar. Great flavors, great salad and bread included. We had the Italian sausage pasta (spicy) and basil cream chicken. Both were great, and I would order both again. The spicy is actually spicy. No extra crushed red pepper needed. Added a bottle of wine for the perfect Italian dinner.

Christmas eve, looking for a place to eat, new to the area, sooo glad we chose Saluti's !!! The food was perfect, delicious, flavorful. The servers were great, and friendly!! Chatted with the cook before leaving, he and his wife work the restaurant, bought gift certificates for some last minute gifts. Great place!!!

Absolutely wonderful meal at Saluti's! I had the Basil Cream Chicken and Ann Marie had the Meatball and Polenta. BCC was amazing! Meatball dish was a bit rich for AM, but delicious!
Chocolate Bomb cake and Vanilla Bean cheese cake for dessert - both fantastic!
Great service and not too busy. We were sat right away and food came quickly. Highly recommend!

Always a great experience here, the food, service and atmosphere is the best! From the delicious house salad to the fettuccine with clams, chicken with creamy spicy sauce it is a wonderful flavor adventure! We simply love this place!

The couple that own it are cool. Small place songet there early. The homemade minestrone was super tasty, His grandmothers recipe. The other shrimp pasta plate inhad was good as well.
