Roach & RAT infested property. Rooms are FILTHY and they refuse to fix ANYTHING They make you pay TOP dollar w/ LARGE deposit. The Indian lady who works here SCREAMS AT THE TOP Of her lungs to scare you into paying extra money

Do not stay here long term or short term. Most long term tenants are problematic people with no respect or consideration for anyone else staying here. Noise is constant and security is nonexistent. Point blank- it’s dangerous staying here for any length of time. Your car will most likely get shot up or broken into. It’s dirty and under kept, roach infested and severely under maintained. I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down. It should be!! The worse part, most of the long term tenants here. Not all, but most are unsavory and criminal like, maintenance is almost nonexistent. Not safe for kids to play outside even in the day time. Never stayed in a place so bleak and oppressed. Up side are, managers are actually pretty nice and are very flexible with rent and rooms. They are ok people for the most part and are friendly. It’s well located and close to stores, bus and restaurants as well as downtown. Easy to get around if you don’t have a car. Rooms are actually quite large and accommodating. Just not well maintained as far as maintenance goes. It’s too bad because this place could have so much more potential if they only screened tenants and guests a lot more, as well as cleaning up the property a lot more, inside and outside. It’s mostly the negative and oppressive energy that makes it so uncomfortable here. Lived here for almost a year til got promoted at my job and started making better income. Would I stay here again No way!! Not unless it was a last resort. Sorry, but not sorry, true story. Stay at your own risk. Good luck!!

Affordable price and comfortable bed! The 1st room I had was on the 3rd floor and smelled like smoke. Then the roof was leaking when it started raining. The staff was nice and I was switched to a non-smoking room on the 1st floor with a king bed. The bed was very comfortable and the room looked roomier than the 1st one I had. They have cute ballerina portraits in the room with the king bed.
They provided me with clean towels, soap, and and extra roll of toilet paper. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash but it wasn't a problem since I had my own.
Also, they no longer supply their kitchens with dishes, silverware, or any cookware or dish soap. So if you plan on cooking there or washing dishes, bring your own.
The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, and a stove with an oven. I don't know if the stove or oven worked since I didn't use them. But the fridge and microwave worked great!

Always friendly. The lady at front desk was helpful and courteous as usual. We love staying here whenever we are in Stockton. When walking into the room we could smell how much they had just cleaned. This place has really changed.
