The food here is AMAZING! Best pulled pork with pickles and slaw ever tasted!! Back for more every time we return to Fort Payne. The tater rounds are so so good and the meat and sauces are vinegar based. I love it!!! Get it to go. They run out of food quick so go when they first open. ❤️❤️

Sadly, I really used to love this place and I told everybody that I knew to go here and if somebody was visiting, I told him this was the best place in town to get barbecue. I called and checked the hours and she told me they closed at 7 so I said I will call you right back in place a carryout order and she said OK. So I called back at 6:15 which I figured was ample time to place a To go order and instead of being courteous and telling me to proceeded with my order, she says “well just so you know we close in 45 minutes”. Okay? And So you’re telling me that you can’t get a to go order ready in 45 minutes? This place is not run the way that it used to be and that’s apparent from all the bad reviews on here. It’s a shame because like I said, it used to be one of the best places in town but now I will not be spending money here anymore. Gone are the days of good customer service.

Ordered a tender snack and I had 3 Jo Jo’s and one tender cut into 3 pieces. I took it back in and the guy said they come pre cut so wasn’t nothing he could do about it. I paid almost 7 dollars for absolutely nothing. Also do not order off the little poster on the wall by drive thru it’s old prices. It looks like your getting a deal and the price on the board is way different than what they add at window. Also rats jumping around the smoker area that is disgusting drive bye it don’t believe me. I will not be back was a good place not so good anymore. I work hard for my money too.

Great filling meal at a good price. I had the pulled pork and jojo's (potato slices)and was amazed. While I was sceptical at first this was one of the best pulled pork sandwiches I have had. The potato slices were awesome with the homemade sauce.

Service is slow. Takes 20 minutes to get thru the drive thru. Not alot of time to eat while on lunch.

Well, I love their food but I Google them to see their hours and they didn't close till 7 so yay, we are eating BBQ Place or so we thought. We pulled in at 5:45 and 2 employees walked out and locked the doors and to be a little more rude isn't even say anything to us about it. First of all you should still be open and then you can't at least say sorry we're closed or anything. That's not a way to run a business.

The food is Great but don't go here if you only have a 30 minute lunch break, they apparently take the phone off the hook so you can't call ahead and the service is slow.
