Staff rude, no manager on site, the whole building smells like smoke, showers were stained and dirty. I was in the room, washed my hands and put my bags on the bed and requested cancelation immediately and because of that I was told I couldn't get a full refund. DO NOT recommend it at all! There's definitely better options for a fee more bucks.

Do NOT stay here. I wish I could give a zero for the rating. This hotel is the most disgusting place I have ever seen. It looks like something out of a horror film. EVERYTHING is old and falling apart. The rooms smell disgusting. The mattress looks like it was picked up on the side of the road on a rainy day. With random stains throughout the room that look questionable (blood?). The bath tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. There was even a mouse, YES I said MOUSE in my room. When I told the receptionist, she just brushed it off like it was “no big deal” and said that the manager would be calling me the next day. She claimed to only have one more room available but the hotel and parking lot were EMPTY. I walked around the premises twice and didn’t see a single person. There were only 5 cars in the parking lot including mine.

Should have read the reviews but we were dead tired. Our room had a tub and shower but it did not work! A dead roach on the bathroom floor. The chair was broken, the towel rack was broken. There was a huge stain on the hallway carpet (blood?). Somehow this dump got a 3 star rating Who did they bribe to get that? Run across the street as fast as you can. Run Run run

Do not recommend. I'd give it zeros if I could. This place is next to run down. It does not look anything like the pictures. The rooms were filthy, carpets looked as if they hadn't been vacuumed in a long while. The first room we were given wasn't cleaned so we had to move. The second room had made beds, but was still dirty. We then had to request a new room after someone tried numerous times to break into our room. The area around this hotel is sketchy and the activity in the parking lot isn't anything you'd want your kids or your grandmother around. Hands down worst experience at a hotel ever. Don't even think about it if you want a comfortable, clean, and safe stay.

First of all the staff were rude. I got a non smoking room and The whole building smelled nothing like smoke, it was gross! The carpet to get to my room was so dirty with dark stains everywhere. My room was ok some stains on the carpet, the 3 old pillows were dirty (Didn’t use them), no phone in the room, the remote to the tv was broken with missing buttons… the list goes on. NOT a good place to stay! Never again!!!

They seem to have a problem with crime in there areas they are using an armed system and almost every guest is really tired and not happy.

If you read these people's messages on what's not working-'the owners' stated don't come here and don't knock on our desk we aren't paying for anything! ..it is common, that this place is run down and they aren't treating even full paying customers with any respect. They seem to have arranged for people they know to out special-guests which inside of their behaviors is also very important for real officers not security to arrest them for being drunk at work or high. The bathrooms and lighting are a connected issue, the items inside the room are old and haven't been chauffeured in a very long time. They don't care much for any person and defined me as a paying customer as " nothing ".

I wish there were negative stars. I have spent a lot of time in motels through my years. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. And I've only stayed in one where the Room was worse. I should have stayed at Motel 6. The TV remote doesn't work. The air conditioner is inadequate to cool the Room and the afternoon I have a light fixture hanging from the ceiling. Not a single receptacle in the wall will hold up the phone cord they're all worn out. To get the front desk on the phone you have to call 5 to 10 times. I have been hung up on by the front desk 3 times. Light fixtures have bare wires showing. The hallways are not conditioned and smell of smoke. I had to extend my stay to a second night and when I complained about the Room to the we'll staff they never offered another Room. When I caught the made in the Hall and asked for towels she just walked away I had to get them myself. Over all just about the worst experience I've ever had in a motel. The owners just don't care. Now I have to go open a Yelp account for the 1st time. Be Ware is place is not good
