The pizza was delicious! The fries could have been cooked a little more, but other than that, it was good. I definitely appreciated the consideration they took in the children's safety. Had a great time! Would love to come back. Also staff was friendly and it was clean.

very clean and all the games worked. very kind staff reasonable deal spent 90 bucks got an hour and a half of unlimited game play, a pizza, cheese bread, fries, two soft drinks, one was a souvenir cup and also a beer for my husband. the stuffed crust pizza was delicious. I was super thankful they had high chairs for my little one and I loved how some of the games had take home photos without having to pay extra. a great value for someone who has small children.

Clean and not too crowded. All the games work well. Food is good. Cheese breads is my son’s favorite. They took funny pictures and enjoyed the games . We ordered combo 2 which included one large pizza one cheese bread and 2 soft drinks. More than enough for two kids and one adult. Definitely will come back.

Clean location. Some of the games weren’t working. Staff seemed annoyed anytime we asked for anything. Hard to get enough tickets from the games to get prizes. The “pay to play” obstacle course and trampolines got us. Our 3 year old couldn’t resist. Be prepared to spend more than you expect.

I had a terrible experience at Chuck E. Cheese in Laguna Hills. The staff was extremely rude, and I strongly advise against purchasing a yearly pass—they treat pass holders like we’re coming for free.

First, when my kids asked for water, a staff member (A) told them they had to pay for it. Second, they charge an extra $20 every time for the jump area. It’s unreasonable to expect kids to see an open play area and not be allowed to use it without an extra fee.

Overall, the staff’s attitude was unacceptable, and the experience was very disappointing. I want to cancel my membership!

Place is great. Workers are working super hard. Whenever I come with my little brother it seems like they’re always understaffed. There’s usually only one worker working the register and helping kids redeem their tickets. Help out your employees!

October 2024 Edit: this location has really gone downhill recently. A lot of broken games now and long wait times to get any help.

This is a good Chuck E Cheese location, it’s clean, spacious, the vast majority of the games were working when I visited, and was not crowded at all. There was almost no waiting time at all to make my purchases and to check in and out. I even saw workers wiping down game machines and repairing them. The selection of prizes were good. The only drawback was that the amount of tickets they give out for some games seems to be lower than other locations.

Yesterday, November 9, I went with my 3 children, but the girl at the entrance who greets you is a girl who is ugly, she looked at my children badly and made ugly faces at them. My 2-year-old daughter greeted her and said hello in English. She didn't say hello, she just stayed the same. Inside where my children were playing, she looked bad. I felt uncomfortable with her look. I left the place. It was a bad day for me and I don't want to go back to that place.😒😒😒😒
