This place has amazing food. I came here with my wife to give it a shot. And it was the biggest surprise we've had in some time. It looks like you're walking into a gas station
Store, but when you walk in, it seems to turn into an amazing restaurant. With a bar lots of t vs with sports of all types on, they are serving agua's frescas, salsa bar. And great Mexican food served to your tables. I had never had a torta before. Not sure why. But it shocked me how good it was. And it was fat. My wife loved her food too. Super great people. We got to meet them and this restaurant is spotless. Way worth a stop just off the freeway. They even have a drive through definitely worth giving it a shot. We gave it a 10 out of 10. Bar serves beer wine and wine based cocktails that are awesome.

I've been here twice. Really enjoyed the food. We came with a toddler and it was clean and they have highchairs available. Don't be bothered by the fact that it is attached to a gas station. The food Is good wuality and is served hot and fresh. There id a bar and good size tv's for watching sports. I really wish they opened earlier for breakfast but maybe in the future that can change.

Food was great. Home made tortillas. Meat has more flavor than most places. There is a bar. You can watch a game here, have a beer too or just take food to go. I’ll be coming back !

When we walked in, this place was busy! Andrew(the boss) came up to us to thank us for our patience while waiting to order. Once we got to the register to order, Erick M was friendly and looked glad to help us. Everyone working here looked happy to be here despite the rush of people dining here. Not once did it look like they were ready to fold under the pressure of the crowd. Both Erick and Andrew walked by several times to check how we were doing, how the food was, or if we needed anything. Definitely recommend this place for the food and for the friendly staff. We'll be coming back soon.

Absolutely love the food, atmosphere, friendly and caring people. Never change because you guys have the secret sauce nailed down for the chili verde plate. Topped off with carne asada and it just doesn’t get any better any place else that I know of.

Quaint dining experience that is meant for a meal with friends or quick in and out. Shares a space with a gas station and also hosts a driver thru option.
Service was great, fast and helpful as well as professional and friendly.
They serve beer and wine, the bar setup almost makes it seem like they serve hard alcohol but they do not. The happy hour prices are phenomenal and start after 3pm.
Ate the Asada tacos and food is pretty good, the beans and rice are decent and the tortillas are delicious. Service is meant to be fast but didn't realize how fast! They have a good salsa bar.
Also the radio or station they had on played Kylie Minogue, so this makes the place an automatic 5.
I'd come here again if I feel like taco or to try their fish tacos.

On a whim I popped into Alvarado’s after a quick search for breakfast burritos…

The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is great. Prices are fair, you are paying for quality and it sure does not disappoint. Worth it!

They have a salsa bar, I made sure to try them all. They were just the prefect extra touch for the burritos!

The breakfast burritos were phenomenal. The perfect amount of filling. Meat was flavorful, ingredients you could tell were fresh. The tortilla was amazing, soft and fluffy. My stomach and I were very much happy.

I will be back to try more of their items. The restaurant itself was very inviting. Clean, spacious, TVs and a bar! Can’t wait to go back.
