I ordered delivery and the golden latte was delicious the dragon fruit smoothie was also delicious and the immunity shots were very powerful. I loved it so much that I went to the actual location and ordered the same thing but unfortunately it wasn't as good second time around The Golden latte was downright disgusting the service was not that great and basically just a disappointment.

Wanted some fresh juice after today’s workout, so I found this nice little place which turned out to have organic juice, that makes the place even better! The prices were extremely reasonable for organic juices and they had 3 size options. I picked the make your own and got a green mix for me and a red beet mix for my wife. You can pick 3 bases and then 5 ingredients for each drink which was super nice, more then most places let you pick. The juice was really really! I will definitely be back again!

First time patron and cleanse! I recently scheduled a 2 day cleanse appointment. My appointment time was 8am, I was there when they unlocked the doors. I was told they did not have my order even though I had received several texts and emails providing confirmation. My order was taken again while in store and I waited 25 minutes for the smoothies to be made. I was not offered water or anything while I waited. I was given my order when it was completed and I headed home to start my cleanse.

When I got home, 8:45am I unpacked the order and noticed that not only were the smoothies not cold they were warm. When I called the store I was told I could drink them warm (no thank you!). I put my order in the refrigerator and had to wait another hour for the AM smoothie to chill. By this time I have not had anything but water since the evening before.

Having to start the cleanse 2 hours later than planned was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Due to the cleansing schedule my PM smoothie was not until 9:30PM.

I tried to call the store on several occasions to relay my frustrations to the manager, however each time I was told she was not there. My information was either not passed on or ignored. A shame that the customer service is lacking because the product is good. My 3 stars are based on product taste, value and store cleanliness.

I try to support small/local business at every opportunity and only patronize establishments that are customer service focused, so this appears to be a one and done.

Update: Thank you Cole for reading and responding to my experience at your establishment. Your concern and care for my experience has encouraged a second chance to visit Thrive Juice Lab. I look forward to visiting soon!

Nice employees and super tasty and fresh ingredients. Love their extensive menu - from smoothies to acai bowls to booster shots. They also allow you to add super ingredients.
Bought the lark Pink Dragon and Kale Colada which were amazing. Would get again.

A local took me here for the first time about six months ago and I was surprised at how much I loved it. This place was enough to get me to convert to green smoothies! I come here every time I’m in town and the ingredients are always so fresh!

Ok, I didn’t want to post this but I think I will after 2 consecutive days where I spent $29 each day. I didn’t want to complain but whoever is managing this store needs to know what’s going. Yesterday I ordered 2 Thrive Açaí Bowls online and a hot chai tea, ok when I got there there only one açaí bowl was in the bag, the girl running the front apologized and told me they will make the other right away which they did. Both açaí bowls and hot chai tea tasted really good but I really shouldn’t be babysitting employees to make sure my whole order is in the bag, if this was a Doordash order, the driver would of had left with one açaí bowl instead of 2. I went today again and I saw different people running the store, I don’t know what the açaí bowls were missing but they weren’t as sweet as the ones from yesterday, it lacked sweetness, also my hot chai tea was really lacking chai flavor, it barely tasted like chai tea, taste was not the same as the yesterday. I feel like these kids who are preparing food don’t pay attention to orders and I didn’t want to call and complain because I never see a manager there. I spent almost $60 on 2 days here and this was not a good experience for me to go back at all and I live around the corner from this store.

I was craving for a smoothie before work, and I saw Thrive Juice Lab. I haven’t tried it before so I decided to check it out.
This location is amazing:) the cashier had amazing welcome vibes
I truly appreciated the service and the juice.
I order make your own smoothie and it was delicious I will definitely come back with some of my friends 🙂
