I went to Jersey Mikes in Scottsboro. I moved from Jersey to Alabama 3 years ago. I hadn't had a sub since I left. Well nothing that could be considered a sub. Everything here is on a biscuit. I finally noticed a Jersey Mikes in town and decided to try. I'm so glad I did, it was unbelievable. I got roast beef, provolone , lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and extra juice. The people made it perfect . They were as nice as can be and really seemed to care about my sub. It showed, it was Delicious. I only wish I could fit more in my stomach. I wish more people would give Jersey Mike's a try. Its definitely a lunch that's above all the rest. Thank you. Your forever customer

My first experience with Jersey Mike's franchise left a lasting impression. I can confidently say that I've found a franchise business I truly enjoyed. The sandwiches exceeded my expectations, far surpassing those of Subway. The bread itself was a delightful indulgence. One standout feature was the personalized service – witnessing the ingredients being sliced right in front of me. No reheating here; they expertly cooked the food on griddles. The staff was not only polite but also incredibly welcoming. The camaraderie and friendliness among them were evident. A solid 5 out of 5 from me. Thank you for a delicious meal.

We recently had a extremely bad experience at the University Drive location in Huntsville and it made me want to shout out how much I appreciate the Jersey Mike's in Scottsboro. The food is always good, of course, but the staff are what really stand out - always polite, helpful and fast. Only once did I have a problem with an order and they are the ones that brought it to my attention and had it fixed almost immediately.

A great place to get a good sandwich served by some great people. Thanks!

Came in today they were short staffed but the staff was absolutely amazing. They were so friendly , apologized and thanked us for our patience. They made our experience top tier. Food was so good , every location I’ve been to has been good this one was SO GOOD ! These ladies deserve a raise ! Absolutely will be back!

This is a review for the Jersey Mike's subs in Scottsboro Alabama that has just opened. This is the first time I have ever eaten at a Jersey Mike's sub location, and I have to admit I was very impressed. I ordered the famous Philly cheese steak sub and it was amazing. I don't know if it's the best cheesesteak I've ever had but it is right up there with a Philly connection as far as chains go. I had them to add portobello mushrooms to the sub which has a slight surcharge but it was very delicious. They did not ask me if I wanted lettuce and tomato and all the stuff that the cold Subs get so I'm not sure if you can add those things to the hot tubs or not the fresh vegetables and whatnot like at Subway when you customize your sub I do know that they offer that for the coal subs and they have a standard shading if you don't want anything different for the cold Subs that they just add to it which is includes lettuce tomato and onion and the juice they call it which is a mix of olive oil and red wine blend. The atmosphere was okay enough it's just like a any other little sub shop they had pictures of the beach and things like that and it was very clean and the service was really amazing. They got my sub out fast and they were very friendly but it's a new store so you expect that. The manager even asked me if my sandwich was good and I told him yes and he was very friendly and the place looks well old and like it is running smoothly so far I highly recommend it to anyone in the Scottsboro area to try it seems to be a notch above the quality of Subway in my opinion Quiznos used to be my favorite sub place and it's about like Quiznos but it doesn't seem to offer all the hot sub offering they do in the soups and whatnot overall I give it five stars cuz it was delicious in the service was amazing it's a little pricey but I haven't really compared Subways prices in a while so I got a regular Philly cheese steak and added the Portobello and a drink for like 14 bucks kudos to Jersey Mike's

Wasn't pleased with our sandwiches at all. The chains in Huntsville are much better. For the price and there was very little meat. Mostly just alot of lettuce. Huntsville locations give you twice the meat we got here.

Order was completely wrong down to the point where I ordered my sandwich with rosemary bread and received white as well as I ordered a Philly cheese steak and got chicken. Complete incompetent workers at this establishment and I will not recommend nor will ever go back.
