Excellent store with custom roasting. They have great pourovers. There is no espresso, so skip if you want an espresso. The coffee was excellent and the store has a very nice interior as well as other goods to sell.

I visited Mameya Coffee Roasters on the recommendation of a friend who lives in Laguna Niguel.
Mameya Coffee Roasters is a coffee brand from Kobe, Japan, and this is their first branch in the United States.
More than a dozen different types of coffee beans are placed in front of the Coffee Roaster Machine, and they roast the beans to your desired roast level right on the spot.
I tried the Iced Kobe, and the coffee tasted smooth and good, but it had a slightly burnt taste, probably because they use beans roasted right in the store.
They have a variety of coffee beans, so next time l visit, l’ll have to try a different bean.

I’d heard great things about this coffee shop, so we decided to give it a try. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the moment I walked in, the rich aroma of coffee hit me—and I instantly understood the hype.

Their menu is simple and straightforward, which I appreciated. I opted for the dark roast pour-over, and it was delicious—smooth, flavorful, and satisfying.

I’m already looking forward to coming back to pick up some of their freshly roasted beans to enjoy at home!

I recently visited Mameya and ordered their famous coffee, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly roasted coffee enveloped me. They have a wide variety of beans from different countries, allowing you to customize your experience according to your preferences. The ability to choose the roast, grind, and size of your order is a great bonus. I loved how each cup is a true masterpiece, carefully crafted with tradition and innovation.

Additionally, the access to the shop is very easy, with plenty of parking available. I would definitely recommend Maméya to any coffee lover looking for a unique and delicious experience. You can't miss it!

I finally discovered a hidden gem for the best coffee in the OC area. I completely agree that their pour-over is outstanding, and their 15-minute ready whole bean service is amazing.

First time going to this coffee shop and I loved it. They have variety of coffee from all over the world that you can purchase and you can order delicious coffee too. I tried their Mameya original coffee and it was very delicious. I highly recommend this location and especially if you like the smell of a coffee beans. The store has a very nice aroma of coffee and a perfect place to try different varieties. I will definitely go back.

A unique coffee experience. You pick the coffee beans, they roast it for you. Freshly roasted beans cant be consumed immediately and need to rest 4-7 days. Afterwards it tastes great. They also have some select roasted beans that you can order as drip coffee
