Outstanding Service for Our Upcoming Italy Trip!

We worked with Kimberly at Travel Gem Vacations to plan our trip to Italy, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Kimberly helped us every step of the way, scheduling all of our transportation to and from the airport in Italy and coordinating transportation for while we are in the country. She also assisted with booking our hotels and went over countless details to ensure everything was perfect.

My wife and I were married in July of last year. We spent so much on the wedding that we weren't going to take a honeymoon, until Kim convinced us otherwise. She provided us with multiple options of resorts that were affordable and too beautiful to pass up! We decided on Sandals Barbados for 5 nights. Un-be-liev-a-ble is all I have to say about the service at Travel Gem and the resort. Because it was our honeymoon, Kim treated us to a couples massage and dinner on the beach. This is on top of the Sandals Honeymoon package. I can't say enough about how awesome the service was and how cool Kim is to work with. We will definitely be using her services for all of our travel, moving forward.

Kimberly planned my birthday trip to the Bahamas. She arranged all of the travel arrangements for 6 of my friends, some out of state, to and from the Bahamas. Also, she booked a couple of excursions before we got there, so we didn't have to do anything but relax. 10/10
