Everyone was pretty friendly. The bus are nice & clean. The ride was comfortable enough that I slept thru the ride & usually in the one awake because I'm nervous but this I tested. Give them a try for what it's worth you can't beat it.

Worst client service! Would not recommend this place. Agents are very rude with clients on day of departure. They have you weigh your own luggage and weigher is very lazy

This bus ran us off the road on the 202 in Arizona then just kept driving like they did nothing I wouldn't trust them to drive anyone anywhere!!!!

The bus was two hours late and their customer service was terrible. On the return ride back the lady at the counter in Bloomington, CA was extremely rude whenever we checked in. Don’t recommend them at all!!

You still had terrible customer service when we checked in and didn’t even bother to help to call the other company on figuring out if there was going to be another bus later on today. Regardless if you didn’t sell the ticket you should’ve at least tried to help out the customer as to how to get a return bus back to Phoenix. You simply told us that it’s cancelled and you have to figure it out.

Did not feel christmas spirit in this trashy place. Lady did not know direction. The bus was almost an hour late. Horrible service. Never coming here again oh wait I'm probably coming next year ugh.
