The rooms could be a little more upgraded. Painting the walls a little different. Changing the bed spread. Making the rooms more colorful and brighter.

Great place to stay for the location, as it's only a minute or two walk from grocery stores, liquor stores, smokehouse, and numerous places to eat, from fast-food to sit-down diners, and an assortment of other stores, plus the Galleria at Tyler. The service is very straightforward; check-in is super quick, though they are very strict on their 11am check-out time! (Don't even bother asking for a late check-out!) The rooms are pretty outdated for the price, but given the location, I suppose that explains that. It's a great place to stay, in my experience.

To expensive for the room we got, no microwave, bad ac and the smoke order. I would stay again for the silence and safety.

We just arrived in at 1:00 a.m. wanted a comfortable place to lay our heads for the rest of the night. We spent $160 + on the room. The beds were comfortable and the furniture and towels were stained. There was a left over baked good in the fridge.
I heard the prices in California were outrageous so I didn't expect to find anything cheaper. The water didn't stay warm for too long, but the heater worked in the room. If you want better lighting opening the curtains would help though I doubt there would be much privacy.

This place is pretty run down. It's been around forever and is decent from the outside driving by. I personally found the prices to be pretty high per night after seeing the buildings outside and especially the inside. It has the basics: a bed a small TV a bathroom with toilet and shower and that's pretty much it lol. Not worth the price to me and the rooms can use some upgrades with everything. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place for a family with smaller kids though. Not the greatest of places to have them.

Kind of expensive for considering you can get the same amenities in atleast 3 other places within a mile or 2. Other than that ot is pretty typical for what you would expect: clean sheets, blankets, and towels, the rooms are older but keep up and nice (at least the room I was in). The staff was nice and accommodating.

First of all my stay would be treated in the negatives. I paid $140 a night for two nights the second night I woke up itching all over with small red welts all over I then saw upon closer inspection small bugs which I looked up and found they were bed bugs. I immediately notified the office and
they're response we are not giving your money back they also refused to give me another room or do anything about it even after seeing pictures.

Worst hotel ever room smelt like smoke and decay. The night attendant was rude. Practically threw the key through opening. The towels were dirty the sheets were questionable and the blanket had multiple holes. We had to sleep fully clothed on top of plywood squeaky boxspring mattressThe vent was missing half of cover, existing slats covered in black fuzz. Carpet dirty and stained. The ceiling of shower was peeling, water damaged and moldy. Could see daylight around door and lock was not secure. Will never stay again. Only choose cause close to hospital what a mistake.
