I had been staying just a few doors down at a different hotel with a different chain and there were multiple issues from security to cleanliness to just basic services and communication. I was very dissatisfied with them and I checked out early. I was scrambling to find a better place and found this hotel. ||The difference was night and day! Everyone that worked here from start to finish was professional, friendly, understanding and just amazing. ||We had an early check in, the room was humongous! The internet was fast, there were two TVs in our room, and the bed was so comfortable! ||We had a few problems while we were there, the hot water went out regularly but I believe that is because the Santa Ana winds kept blowing out the pilot light on the water heater. We also noticed an odor but it dissipated quickly, we found out later it was because another room had a leak that was coming through our wall but it was behind furniture so we didn't notice until the last day. The tub was draining slowly and someone came up and fixed it right away. The internet went out a couple of times but again, I believe that is because of the weather scenario during our trip. ||I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff was here. The front desk was friendly and professional when we called about complaints, the maintenance people were friendly and professional. The people working at the Continental breakfast, which was amazing by the way, were super friendly and recognized us after the first day and were able to carry on conversations with us about things we had previously talked about. ||Just from top to bottom this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Whatever you guys are doing, keep it up!

Staying here a full week. Half way through cleaning lady was supposed to arrive at 9 AM. She doesn’t arrive until 02:30 PM and to top it off she is extremely rude when she is the one super late. I came to ask for creamer at the office they said to ask the cleaning lady. The cleaning lady freaked out on my wife. Cleaning lady said the office has it. Top it off. All because she didn’t wanna wait for me to put my shoes on or something. Cleaning lady on 3rd floor. On March 2nd at 3 pm. Every one is was super nice and helpful.

Have stayed here off and on the past 2 months while house was being remodeled. Terrific experience for long or short stays. Staff is incredible, including Edna the manager all of the front desk folks and especially the breakfast staff- always smiling and happy to see us! Speaking of breakfast- very solid offerings, yum. Had a minor issue with housekeeping a few weeks back, but was resolved without incident. Barely worth mentioning, just be aware you need to have them clean room every 4 days with longer stays. Building is a bit older, but the staff work very hard to keep it as clean and well functioning as possible. Rooms are very large- essentially 1 bedrooms with the suite options. Overall, one of my favorite hotel experiences, locally or otherwise.Especially factoring prices- one of the best values you can find.

The location was great, breakfast was good, but the rooom was dirty, smelled and had burn holes in the curtains and furniture. I do not recommend this property to anyone. I asked to be moved to a clean room and was offered only if I paid an upgrade fee, night staff was rude and unaccomodating. I will not be back to this property. Also there was a man throwing up on the balcony, when I called the front desk no one arrived and it was not cleaned up, horrible experience.

The hotel and staff were happy to have us and made us feel this way. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with hot water. The breakfast was phenomenal. Great job.

Had a pet room. Chemicals used to mask the pet odor were incredibly overpowering making it very stinky to even take a deep breath, permeating our clothes. Had to have the AC on high moving air and the doors open to encourage better air exchange. Carpets were ripped up, bedding had tears and holes in it. Reported to the staff, we were told management would contact us and they have not. However, the staff are very friendly and the complimentary breakfast is good.

The hotel's customer service is extremely terrible. Our check-in was on March 2nd, I made the reservation for my family through the booking platform, I personally went to check-in and all the information for each guest who was going to stay was given. On the night of March 5th and March 6th there was a problem with the door, which was deprogrammed with the room card/key. When the guests returned to the hotel, the door key could not open and the hotel reception did not want to give them a new key, making them wait more than 2 hours without being able to enter the room. One arrives tired at the hotel and they cannot solve a simple problem. I made the reservation for my family and I was not staying at the hotel, but they have the names of the guests who are staying at the hotel and they did not want to make a copy of the key, if the mistake was theirs, the door is deprogrammed every day and they do not accept their mistakes and they do not solve anything for you, it is one of the worst hotels, if you do not want to have a bad time on a family vacation. We had older adults and children waiting without being able to enter the room, and without saying that the hotel is expensive, it does not even qualify for one star.
