This hotel was an absolute delight—clean, quiet, and very well-managed. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the rooms were peaceful, perfect for a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and available 24/7, always ready to help. The breakfast was great, and the on-site Indian restaurant was a real bonus with tasty, authentic food. Ideal for business, solo travelers, families, couples, or groups of friends. Highly recommended—we’d definitely stay again!

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The front desk staff, especially Kush, was incredibly helpful and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, and the beds were of great quality. Another big plus was the location, with plenty of food options just a short walk away. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

I booked this hotel specifically for the promise of a nice glass shower, looking forward to an enjoyable and relaxing experience to kick off the New Year. Unfortunately, that expectation was completely unmet.

Upon arriving and getting ready to shower, I discovered that the water pressure was practically nonexistent—just droplets of water coming out. There was no way I could properly wash my hair or even enjoy a basic shower. When I reported the issue, I was informed that the entire hotel was experiencing the same problem.

To make matters worse, I checked out the hot tub as an alternative and was appalled. The tub looked uninviting. To add to the disappointment, it was located in the basement, which felt more like a poorly lit dungeon than a relaxing space. There was no pleasant ambiance, natural lighting, or sense of comfort that you’d expect from such an amenity.

This is completely unacceptable. Basic amenities like a working shower and clean, functional facilities should be a given. It’s disappointing that the hotel did not ensure these issues were resolved before allowing guests to check in. I ended up having to check out early and book another hotel due to the inconvenience.

I would not recommend this location until they address and resolve these maintenance issues. My experience was far from the relaxing start to the New Year I had hoped for.

Positive: The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful, even during the late-night hours. The bed was really comfortable as well; my partner and I joked that we slept better at this hotel than we do at home. Negative: We couldn't figure out how to turn off the light behind the television, but that wasn't a big deal at all. Everything was perfect.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Enjoyed the stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area is beautiful and bin a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend staying here. Parking lot was adequate and we were able to park a large SUV. Two thumbs up.

Stayed here for 11 nights during the Holidays( if we could get a refund, wouldn’t have stayed a hour). this place is not designed for a long stay maybe one night at best. The smell of Indian food, which is a constant presence in the room and throughout the hotel. The shower is absolutely terrible, we would have been better off washing up in the sink. The breakfast is the cheapest ever had at any similar hotels. The coffee was coffee flavoring mixed with hot water, I actually observed the attendant refilling the coffee flavoring. The girl at the front desk was very rude, had asked to talk to the general manger, never received a call. This hotel is not secure at all, the first floor connected to the parking lot is open 24/7, we witnessed a homeless man washing his clothes at 1:00 AM in the hotel laundry room. They have people/ families living at this place. The noise level is unbearable, with a car wash running on one side, the highway noise, the guest noise and the smell of McDonald’s on the other side and constant shaking of the room because of the laundry room below.Limited parking space a huge problem if you get there late. This is a cheap place not designed for travelers who expect the minimum standard at a reasonably priced hotel. We were overcharged in excess of $200, and have not heard from the manger to discuss the overcharges. The only positive were the hardworking room cleaners. This place is not safe or secure 24/7.
We don’t at all recommend this hotel to anyone, needs a total change of management and major upgrades to meet the minimum standards.
