Me & my daughter were traveling for a sporting event located in Rancho Santa Margarita. It wasn't a bad drive...typicalky 18-21 min, but be mindful of random tolls getting off/on ramps. |Thank you Ms. Mona for making sure my requests were taking care of and greeting us during our late night arrival and ensuring if I wanted to change rooms.|I appreciated Sabrina for responding on the chat box about my upgrade and securing it. Terri and Mina did an excellent job making sure me & my daughters food was prepared with "on the go " supplies and containers well prepped. Their attention to detail was noticed and recognized .|This was my first time staying at a Garden Inn property, as I usually opt for the Homewoods since my family is large. The only change I experienced was the charge for breakfast and parking, as those are normally complimentary. I would ABSOLUTELY stay again.

Great hotel with great value. Breakfast buffet is good with dinner service being consistent. Bar tenders are good and Rosa went above and beyond for me. This is my go to hotel for the area. Clean, pool and jacuzzi is always ready. Enjoyed the location with it being less than 10 minutes away from Baranca and Alton businesses.

We are so thankful for the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn at Irvine. They were so gracious. Gisel, Pepe, and Jose were a gem! They treated our family with such kindness, and they were very accommodating to our one year old! They had great recommendations for family friendly places to visit and we looked forward to chatting with them every morning. I can’t recommend this hotel and their hospitality enough. Once again, thank you!

Overall:
Very clean place. Clean sheets. Clean bathroom. Parking is a little tight. No chance for room upgrade as they only have 1 or 2 beds as an option.

Chances to improve noticed:

Parking fees should be eliminated, it’s la, you know we are driving in, include it in your price.

Elevators are in need of adjustment, they have an issue finding their alignment sensors and it takes a long time for the doors to open because of this. I thought I was stuck at one point.

So I thought no worries I’ll take the stairs! Which is no issue at all going down. But even with a key card being tapped on the key readers outside the door, no access back in. Meaning the only option was to go back up the elevator.

Overall a good place but the above issue definitely give it that corporate chain feel.

Ryan and Pepe are by far the most customer focused employees I have ever encountered in my years of business travel! These guys need to be recognized for their commitment and dedication! I have had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton for the last 8 months and these two are always welcoming and going above and beyond to ensure I’m taken care of!

The room itself was nicely appointed and clean. However, service from housekeeping and the front desk was really off. I asked for extra blankets on two separate days and the request was acknowledged, but blankets were never delivered. The heater unit in the room was incredibly loud and we had to turn it off to sleep, which made for a very cold night. Housekeeping picked up our towels and gave us a single clean bath towel on our second day, for two people. A housekeeper also knocked on our door before 9 am on our last day, despite the DND hang tag on the door. The front desk acknowledged my Gold Hilton status at check-in, but failed to offer the perks that are supposed to accompany the booking. |I recommend staying at the Hampton Inn nearby instead.

Very pleasant surprise. The staff are excellent and accommodating. Very clean. I would stay here again. I especially enjoyed Cristian and Gisel who served us our breakfast they are very engaging and took very good care of us . Weather was good too:)

As a Hilton Diamond member, rooms were clean, hotel staff were friendly. Bed was good, pillows were way too soft but they’re that way at almost every Hilton. Breakfast was good, but not free unless you are a diamond hilton member and opt for the breakfast credit. Overall, quiet place to stay.
