The room was very spacious and clean. Bathtub and shower were also nice and big. Breakfast was delicious - hot cooked each morning. Yummy cookies in the evening. You can enjoy a pretty sunset view from the pool area. The restaurant on site is actually really good! There is a fire pit with seating you can enjoy over in the spa section of the property. Wonderful restaurants a short walk down the hill. The only negative is the breakfast room is very loud and lively! They should consider putting acoustics on the walls to mitigate the noise. Otherwise, great hotel, great location!

Positive: Convenient! Reasonable price. The rooms are not pre conditioned. Our room was so cold when we entered and it took a while for the heater to warm up the room. Negative: Yes I called for a late check out.They said it?s not allowed and wanted me to check out at 12pm.I said I?ll stay an extra night since I was so tired and stayed in bed.They asked me to go to the reception to book the extra night which defeats the purpose.

Having recently stayed at the San Diego hotel ( where we had a great experience ) we decided to try this location. I had requested early check-in, knowing full well that that is a luxury and generally not available. As it turns out, we got a late start and arrived after check in time (approx 315). I had a 430 meeting and intended to drop my bags and head out. When we arrived we were informed, with no apology, that our room wasn’t ready. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes, which would make me late for my meeting. The clerks informed me I could leave my bags and check in later. I explained to the other clerk (male) that it wasn’t possible since I couldn’t exactly check my disabled elderly mother who was traveling with me, but not going to my client meeting. I asked if there was perhaps another room, the clerk (female) said we could have a standard room with two queens for the same price, which I declined. I also asked would there be an adjustment on price based on this inconvenience and she just shrugged her shoulders. 20 minutes later we ultimately were given our keys and checked in. ||The next morning we went to the complimentary breakfast where we were greeted by a surly server with cold and under cooked food, which we ultimately threw away and checked out of the hotel where we went for a proper breakfast. ||I run a small business and have travelled the country staying at hotels of every level and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. ||I was hoping to support a smaller hotel chain, but I think it’s best to stick to the tried and true chains, where you are made to full welcome and not as if the staff is doing you a favor.

Having previously stayed at another Ayres hotel we were pleasantly surprised how much better the spa was. |Yes it maybe dated but it’s exceptionally clean and the staff are very polite and helpful. |The pool area is lovely with a handful of sun beds available. The pool is heated with fresh towels available. |Breakfast is a limited buffet, freshly cooked with a great waffle maker. |We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

It is a Great hotel to stay in the L.A Metro area. Everything fun is basically within a Hour like the beach and mountains plus countryside. There is a Decent food selection and they bake some cookies now and then. I Recommend for Small group Travelling and such. Beautiful lobby and Pool + Jacuzzi/Spa. I haven't tried the restaurant their yet but I hope to soon.

Positive: The in house restaurant and it's staff were great. Negative: Upon arrival the front desk staff was slightly rude and dismissive regarding my questions about the hotel. The bathroom in my room was not as clean as I would have liked. And the room could have used more vacuuming. Hotel has potential to be better.

Came for volleyball tournament nearby, Pics online misleading, room was run down and outdated, TV didn’t work, walls paper thin so you can hear everything impossible to sleep. My 12 year old daughter and I were awaken at 2:00 AM by neighbors having sex. Completely unacceptable. Not family friendly. Curtains in room didn’t shut so we had to deal with the parking lot street lights glaring in the room the entire night. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. The front put us hold and never picked up. I would have left that same night if we didn’t get in so late and us being unfamiliar with the area. Would not recommend to anyone not worth the price. Was supposed to stay multiple nights and we just couldn’t do it. I was still charged full price for 2 nights even though our experience was horrendous. I probably would have gotten get a better night sleep in my car. Do not stay here not worth 1 penny.

Have stayed here a number of times before writing this review! For the price point, you wont find a better spot to lay your head to rest when you are away from home. We do competative sports with the kids so we travel a good amount each year. And just short of a 5 star resort you wont find another spot of this calliber in the price range you pay! Every employee was friendly and always has been, every visit at every moment. Maintinance issues had always been met within 20 minutes of makeing a call to the desk! Weekday cookies in the afternoon are plus especially after a long day out at events. Rooms are always clean and bathrooms are above basic stuff with a jacuzzi tub in the rooms. Beds are comfy down pillows just add to that and on top of it this location is in a perfect spot to pretty much go in any direction needed via freeway or main roads. I could go on and on but as a buisness owner myself, i must say these people have the short stay hotel chain thing down to a science! Also free breakfast! And its good too! Not just muffins and bagles but a real breakfast! 5 stars all the way. Will be back next year when we are at the same events again!
