There were only 2 towels in the room, and they knew we had 3 people. The person was rude about bringing me more, since I didn’t want to leave my sleeping children to come get them. On our 3rd day, I asked for our bathroom to be cleaned and to take out trash and they didn’t do it,||The highlight was the woman at the front desk, Nehal. She was VERY helpful both mornings when I needed help!

This hotel is nice & clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The lady at the front desk was friendly & gave good service. They have food in the lobby which you have to pay for. They have a lot of parking but you have to pay $10 per night. Yes its on the cheaper side but I dont understand why hotels charge for parking. There are many restaurants within a few minutes. Overall this place is good for how much we paid for the room.

I would not recommend coming here. The rooms are nice and spacious but the whole two night we spent here not once did housekeeping come and offer to clean up. The front desk lady was extremely rude and always had an attitude. The area is nice but it attracts a lot of shady people. Everytime I would go down to the lobby for something there was always someone shady. For example, there was a group of drunk men trying to get my attention. A person who was on drugs asking for money or tweaking or a person having a full blown argument with the service person. I would not recommend coming here

I stayed here 2 months for long-term business travel and couldn’t be happier with my stay. The location/room/lobby/ pool, are great.|However, the staff is what makes this hotel really stand out. especially Maria and Sara have made this stay exactly what I needed it to be when I was away from home for so long. I will definitely be back next time.

Our room has a funny arrangement: due to the size of the bed (and it is an adjoined room with a door to the next room), it is facing the window: so the TV is facing to side of the bed, with the wardrobe cabinet blocking a good part of it.
The bathroom is old. The bath tub faucet is so tight neither me and my wife couldn’t turn it on when tried. Had to call the front desk and they sent a service man to turn it on for us.
Our room rates come with free breakfast, but everyone has to wait for the person manning the front desk to get the whatever food or drink from behind the counter to pass them to you. Take so long so people just give up (as in our case: we just got a cup of coffee).
Oh. They also charge $10 for parking.
We won’t be back here.

1st time staying here and had no issues they tell you up front there is a $10 paring fee, The room was very nice, comfortable, and clean along with the bathroom. The bathroom already has a despenser with body soap,conditioner, and shampoo. Our room came with a mini refrigerator, iron and iron body along with a nice coach. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice and clean for the price I would stay here again.

For the price we paid, it was decent. The only downfall was that it had a smell that didn't go away. No free breakfast in the hotel. We had to wait 45 minutes for extra towels and bed sheets. The carpets were not clean at all. if you're looking for something for one night, do it for the price. I couldn't stay here again.

The room was very clean and quiet.|Also great location, close to restaurants,|Entertainment and The Spectrum for shopping. Easy check in without any hassles. The girl at the desk was knowledgeable and very nice. I would recommend for business or pleasure.
