The alfredo was good and fresh. The only downfall was when we got a mountain dew out of the fountain in the dining area there were some kind of black pieces in it. Whether this was from the cup or the fountain nozzles I cannot say for certain.

I was surprised to see Fazoli's has finally stepped up to the plate for gluten allergy customers. The dish was delicious and filling but you could tell it was a fast food chain quality. It didn't matter because I was hungry and ate every last bite of it.
The staff were friendly taking great care of me. Would I recommend this place? Yes

Stopped at this location on a road trip. My hometown no longer has fazolis :(, the service was quick and friendly. Best fast food Italian there is! Breadsticks were hot and crispy! ?

First time my wife and I ever heard about fazolis or drive thru Italian food. The experience here was amazing. It was very odd but my wife and I both loved it. The to go menu is definitely better than the actual menu but boy was service fast. By the time we chose a table and filled our cups the food was already brought out. Although not traditional service there still was some and it was very pleasant. It only opened 4/26 and seems to be pretty popular. I 10/10 recommend going here. And I almost don't want one near home because I will eat way too much Alfredo.

They catered our bridal rehearsal dinner. They we on time and I can only say amazing things about their food and their staff. Savanah was amazing for her help. VERY HELPFUL

For the purists among you, if you like authentic Italian food, this probably isn't the place. But for fast Italian food, it's better than average and very good for this area.
First of all, it was very crowded during our visit, so the service was a little slow-- understandable. However, the servers were quite nice, attentive and offered us bread rolls and fresh grated cheese while we waited. The atmosphere was friendly, bright, and inviting.

Absolutely loved this restaurant! First time ever eating a a Fazolis, but definitely won't be the last, and certainly not the last at this one! They were quite busy when we arrived, however it did not take long for our food to be on the table. The staff were amazing, from ordering all the way to the end! prices weren't bad, food was excellent, great staff what more could you ask for?!? The bread sticks were e amazing, even more so when they are hot and fresh. Speghitti is one of my favorite foods, and I loved theirs with the meatballs, my wife had the wings and said they were amazing. Also had a peice of pizza, which was awesome as well! I definitely recommend giving them a try! I also met one of the owners, Dallas, and chatted with him a few minutes, very garcious, very friendly and down to earth guy, who by the way was out on the floor giving out bread sticks and helping deliver food! It won't let me give above 5 stars, but I'd easily give them if it were an option!

The food was amazing. U had the sampler with Alfredo, spaghetti & meatballs. The food was hot, and the service was friendly and quick. I would most definitely eat there again.
