We stayed for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience! Rooms were clean and comfortable and everything was super great!
I did have some troubles with the booking because of their new system however I would like to specify that the owner did an excellent job and resolving everything and being super hands on with the whole situation. It was very nice of him. He fixed everything in a timely manner and was very responsive.
I would 100% stay here again when I come back for any concert or event!

$55 for parking is absurd and it’s only valet. Stayed a few times here recently. Receptionist Bri is always so nice and respectful. Has a nice gym and clean rooms. First time I stayed here got a room next to the elevator and couldn’t sleep and got woken up all morning. Can’t leave window open because the airplanes are so loud all day and night. Has a restaurant attached but service is horrible. Receptionist had a mad face and bartender took 10 minutes to acknowledge us and another 15 minutes for our 2 drinks.

I booked a day room to stay near LAX while the rest of my family was arriving. The hotel was easy to get to and had very nice rooms and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub looked inviting. The garden areas were well maintained. The employees were very friendly. Just one note, this is a valet only parking option at $55/day.

Overall, I would say that our stay at the Lum was successful. The property is very cute and clean. In contrary to previous reviews, we felt that the staff was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. We found our room to be comfortable though in need a of a few maintenance items. The proximity to Sofi and Intuit Dome cannot be beat. There were some negatives though. The hotel ownership has a $40 early check in policy even if your room is ready and just sitting there empty. This applies even if you are just an hour early. We found this to be very nit picky and cheap for the hotel to request. This is after paying a $35 resort fee (with no amenities other than a pool and small gym) and $60 for parking. Staff was required to enforce this strictly and I actually felt bad as I heard them explain it to one guest after another who chose to wait instead. People don't want to be nickel and dimed. You are under the flight path to LAX so be aware. The hotel does provide a noise machine to help sleep. We would definitely stay at Lum again when visiting the area for an event. We just hope they add some more amenities (real coffee, water, bicycles) to justify their resort fee, reconsider their silly early check in fee, and make parking more reasonable. All the added fees add up fast!!

This hotel has been refurbished very poorly. It looks like it is a DIY effort. The doors didn’t close properly, the television did not work, there were ill fitting seals around the sliding door.

You can hear everything from your room if it is close to reception and the restaurant. Unfortunately, the restaurant is at the top of the building and if you are anywhere near it, you will hear a noise through the night.

Our room was not serviced by housekeeping. There was no offer for a refund only a week apology.

The television in our room did not work. Again no offer of any compensation. Just a Meek apology. I think they are getting used to making apologies for the state of this Hotel.

The car parking is not included and cannot be found when booking. The cost was $50 US per night which was a rip-off considering the cost of the rooms.

Although the Hotel says it is associated with Hilton, there is Little common with Hilton. It is a disgrace and Hilton should terminate their relationship as soon as possible. I know I am no longer using Hilton and will go back to exclusively using Accor Where I can.

This hotel was very clean and in a convenient area.. I stayed on the first floor which was close by the lobby and if you're a light sleeper I don't suggest you do that. The hotel also has a beautiful pool area and a restaurant that's attached (Cork & Batter) the front desk supervisor Wendy was very friendly and had amazing customer service. All in all I would definitely come here again ✨

I stayed in Lum hotel and it was amazing. The staff members were very friendly. The location was perfect for going to basketball games, Concerts etc. The rooms were nice and so was the pool. We heard the area might be rough but actually found it quite pleasant and safe even to walk around from there or take public buses or ubers to other parts of L.A. for some sightseeing, and its super close to the airport.
