Whatever you do PLEASE CHECK YOUR BEDS. Before placing any of your belongings inside or on anything. I arrived at the hotel around 1:45am exhausted from traveling and needed a hotel to stay at. To only arrive inside a hotel with BED BUGS. They not only were on the beds, mattress, but also inside the shower. Very disgusting. I would never recommend a hotel with BED BUGS to anyone. I instantly called to the front desk and asked for my full refund back. In which I got but never ever again will I stay here. Please check the beds and carpet inside these rooms.

I was inside room 404. Not to mention I was hit in the face with with a stench of cigarette smell it smells so bad I couldn’t even breathe in there. Mind you the room was advertised as a non-smoking room. Which wasn’t with the direct smoke smell I was hit with. Carpet was completely nasty. Never would I ever put my barefoot on that carpet and I don’t advise for anyone else to either. Bathrooms was semi clean. It’s like they just do a wipe that’s it and never thoroughly spray and actually clean anything. You can tell from the ring around the tub along with the bedbugs inside.

I do not recommend this or talk to anyone please steer clear on this hotel and it’s false advertisement.

We weren't expecting much, but we decided to try this motel anyway because of the location and the Jacuzzi room. The tub was gigantic so that was nice. But the room itself wasn't in the best condition. Our refrigerator didn't work so they eventually sent a maintenance person to look at it. He said he got it working but it never did get cold. We had to keep our food in a cooler, and the only ice machine was on the second floor. It was also pretty noisy being right on a major road and so close to the airport. It was convenient to the concert we went to see, but nowhere else we wanted to go, like a decent beach.

Wasn't the beat hotel experience. Pulling up, there were some guests in the parking lot drinking, playing loud music, and doing some sorta video. Made me very uncomfortable. And when I got on the elevator it smelt like Marijuana. Nothing special about the room either, but nothing big to complain about; except they should upgrade their cable/TV system. Service was very good though. The woman at the counter was friendly and had good customer service.

It's near to the Airport, and the breakfast was good. The employees that working in that hotels are very kind and attentive to our needs. One time our daughter almost losing her best friend a teddy-bear, and one of the employee (I forgot to ask his name) found it and keep it safe until we can retrieve it back.
I recommend this hotel if you're staying in Los Angeles.

The breakfast area is kinda small but the staff is amazing and people clear out pretty quick. They have everything for an awesome breakfast sandwich. The ladies working in there are kind and quick. They keep everything refilled. Heidi and Nelson in the front desk were very helpful. Nelson gave us some extra blankets. The couch unfortunately had a board in it so it wasn't able to pull out. The room was a good size and house keeping was so helpful and cleaned up everyday. The pool wasn’t heated sadly. The parking is ample. There is 3 levels and it is very reasonably priced. Over all great experience

Let me start off by saying I have never felt so disgusted in a hotel room, nor have I ever came across a hotel room so filthy that it should be considered a health hazard. When we arrived at the hotel, it looked clean from the outside. We got our keys, and headed up to our room, and as soon as we opened the door, we were hit with the stench of cigarettes. The smell was unbearable. The rooms are advertised as non-smoking, but clearly, they are not, since the smell of cigarette smoke was penetrated in the entire room. The carpet looked nasty, and the room looked nothing like what was portrayed in the photos. Everything in the room was outdated. It looked like the showers hadn’t been cleaned properly because they had stains. Let’s not talk about the bed—it was as hard as the floor. It probably would have felt better sleeping on the floor than on the actual bed.

We slept through the night in room 302, so if you get that room, you better run. When we woke up, we had such bad headaches that we left. We were supposed to stay for two nights but ended up staying only one. The hotel does offer breakfast, which was okay—nothing too fancy. The breakfast attendant was kind and would check in on you. I think the breakfast attendant was the only positive experience the hotel had to offer.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price we paid, I expected a much cleaner and more comfortable stay. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

Decent hotel close to airport and right on the 405 Fwy with easy access in all directions. The area is not that nice and doesn't look so safe and there's noise of the highway and street traffic. The breakfast is great and the staff are very nice.

Pretty handy if you’re heading to the airport is a short ride, rooms spacious clean, breakfast are included and it’s a nice breakfast, the lady in the cafeteria was really helpful and nice! I would defiantly stay over again here
